So I was reading this magazine and found this virtual body thing. My god its great!

Click on Nutrisystem or something and it will open a window with the model. you can see yourself at the current weight and also at your goal weight, what you would look like or do look like. Its entirely 3D and you can try clothes on to see what fits and suits best. Holy moly!

Just dropping by to say hi! Congrats on meeting
with the trainer/gym thing! I am hoping eventually I will be able to
go to the gym and give it a try, but right now it to overwelming for
me.I just feel like every1 is staring pointing laughing ect.My brother
goes 5 days a week 2 hours a day and says it's nothing like that
and I can even try it free for 30 days, it's just my self esteem problem
I have to work through 1st.Congrats on the baggy jeans that has
to feel great except the out of $50! Keep it up you are so motivated
you'll reach goal in No time! Tammy

oooh girl,that site has me wanting to be 160 right now :D
 
I was gonna print out my picture at every 10lb/5kg interval between now and then and that way i can have my 'goal' photo on the fridge or something, when i get down a size rip off that size and put it in the bit and have a new goal! :D

On another note i truly do suck
I skipped the gym yet again today - thats twice this week! GRRRR I get so angry at myself, but im just not sleeping well and im so tired in the morning i just cant get up.

Half the problem is this rash on my foot itching and keeping me up - i had athletes foot from swimming and then i think thats gone now but i have a reaction to the fungal cream so im not going to use it for a few days and see how it goes, once washed off it hurts heaps less already :)

You don't suck... but know that feeling - hang in there W! The week isn't over, just make up for it later - after the rash problem heals of coucrse!
 
hehe it is gross and annoying more than anything :)

Ive been making up for it doing various other things (like i did 1 hour on exercycle last time i skipped)
 
haha Wonder how many calories i use up not sleeping at night - all that tossing and turning must be something!

Well i suck, this is yet another day i have skipped the gym. I punished myself by taking the ipod for a 4km run. Ill do my gym later on.
 
Hey Wishes. Some punishment. I really do try not to think of exercise as a punishment. Somehow I just can't get past all that suffering! :D You're doing fantastic. Running and the gym! GO YOU!!!!! YAY!!!!

well i lost nearly another 2lb this week,

Im down to 243.6lb and its only halfway through the month. My goal was 15lb for the month, i started at 250lb, so i only have 3.6lb to make my goal - maybe i should set harder goals to reach lol :)

Wow! you are really moving!! Just view the time off from the gym as the rest your body needs. You'll get back on track with it!
