Happy birthday to me!!!

Had a nice Bacon and egg and toast breakfast, im going to curry tonight so i guess im not eating much for lunch today lol.
Last night i procured a nice deal and paid $200 for a top of the line home gym. The guy gave me a funny look as if i couldnt or wouldnt use it, until i bench pressed the entire stack and mentioned it was for my husband and son who wanted to get into the fitness thing like me, and that i bench press about 20kg more than it has on it :D

Life is great, i cant wait until my birthday next year when im skinny! :D

Arg i overate today for the first time. 1786 calories :/
I underestimated the lemon mirange pie somewhat and also i did not have time to get to the gym.

Oh well, i guess its my birthday - i will be working my ass off tomorrow at the gym and also i will make a point of going on saturday (normally an off day).

In fact i think i will bike to work tomorrow actually.

I'm getting jealous, here you are at the start of bike season, and my season is just about over.... Biking in one spot just doesn't appeal to me lol

I find that when I have doubts about something now I won't eat it... A while back the chicken wings did me in.... Glad to see you're not making a huge thing out of it, enjoy your workout!

Also Hot n Spicey KFC is always a good one for craving, though i find i can get rid of cravings if i find their low cal equal or similar (I eat a few burger rings to get rid of the KFC Hot'n'Spicey cravings)

Anyway Last night was awesome - the curry was fantastic, i have leftovers for lunch. And that Merangue! Oh yeah it was worth it!
