Well, i biked to and from work today
I noticed that it used to take me 30 mins to get to work (still does) and the home trip used to take me about 50-60mins but now takes me 45mins.
I dont have to stop anymore at all, though i have been known to stop and grab some H2O (always thirsty!) and re-adjust the 'female' parts that get a tad chaifed. When im slim and hot i think ill buy some of those cool cycling shorts or pants with the padding in the crotch. though i suppose that depends on if i have a crotch to protect by then anyway :/

Now if only i can win that bike competition i entered the other week ... the 13th it gets drawn!
 
yo it's hammer time........can't stop this.......... cool images wishes!!!!!:cool: and get one of thoes gel bike seats, that sounds way too painful to me!!!

Thats really impressive, you must work really hard exercising to burn off that many!! Very inspired :)
 
hey wishes, wowzers on the 4420 calories burned way to go an go and go..... :p a gel bikeseat is a squishy bike seat cover thing filled with this soft/firmish gel that goes over the existing seat on your bike, it cushions your tush, they are really nice:D
 
hehe well to burn that many calories this is my usual daily schedule.
get up at 5am - eat toast and get to gym at 5.30am.
Cardio warmup for 20 mins, 40-50 mins of weights, 20 min cardio warm down (total about 1.5 hours), then go home take kids to school, bike to work (7km @ 35mins over hills) then bike home (7km @ 45-50mins more uphills on the way home).
I have a home gym now so i can probably do some of that in the evening if i get bored :D
 
m2m, lol yeah i do it as early as possible so i cant talk myself out of it, if i ride to work then there is no way home but to ride!

Dear Diary and all you perverted nosey watchers,

Went shopping today for clothes, nothing fits. so i bought a pair of to tight pants, a bunch of underwear (funnily enough my tits bounce all over the show now half them is saggy skin), and a couple tops.

Funny how you can loose so much and clothes are baggy as anything and still not fit the next size down hehe. Okay i lie somewhat, they fit me everywhere but the tummy! I hate my tummy, its like bulbous and sags down like some ugly skin flap thing. Its aweful and im really sensitive about it - more so now that im loosing weight.
Before I was fat - i didnt care, but now i can get clothes to fit but my belly just looks so gross and it comes out from below where it should because it hangs over. I *hate* it.
I still wear my 'fat' shirts because they hang down and cover it. Hipster pants are my absolute pet hate, i have this massive painters crack hanging out at the back, and the belly at the front, and they fit me perfectly everywhere else!
And speaking of hipsters - thats why i didnt get any jeans - they didnt have any that wernt hipsters! grrr!

I suppose I should update the pics on the before/during/after thing page sometime now i have some new clothes.
My back is sore and tense - feels like the muscles are cramping almost between the shoulder blades. Ive had to get my kids and husband to beat me up daily lately to get some relief. Its probably just new muscles being found from cycling.

Anyway Good thing today - we had . Im guessing nobody here knows what it is but its a goth/vampire gimmicked branded gourmet Pizza place opened by goth computer geeks. The pizza they make is fantastic - you can order them online from the website as well, and they all have cool names and great flavours. its about 250 calories for a slice. They have a health fact sheet thing detailing exactly what nutrients and calories they have on the counter. I had 3 slices of 'Grimm' (its a cream cheese, chicken, apricot sauce + veg pizza). Was awesome dinner.

I saved 2 pieces for tomorrow :D

Oh yeah, i got sick of all the crap tickers and having to update them all the time - i wanted one link/image that updates itself when i save the new weight so i wrote my own ticker thing. It needs some perfection but basicly you create a login and you update it there, and anywhere you use the ticker automagicly gets the new picture. Oh yeah and it doesnt have some big spamword like 'tickerfactory' or 'somefatchicks' or 'otherrandomsite' crap on it. Ill link you guys if you want it when i have it fully functioning (need to work on the algorithm tomorrow if i have time)

So now im heading for my warm bed, hopefully i can go swimming tomorrow :)

Nope, didnt get to go swimming - but i did manage to do my hair :D

Will upload a pic of the hair tomorrow - itslike 11.13pm and i have to get up at 5 and my hair will be another 40 mins before i can rinse it :/

Went shopping and saw the yummest looking bacon hock so bought it and made some vege soup for tomorrow, it smelt the house out real nicely lol.
I have left over pizza for lunch tomorrow so ill need a low cal dinner. Hopefully I'll remember to put on a loaf of bread in the breadmaker before going to work.

Ate 3 pieces of toast for breaky, skipping lunch but nibbled a bit of chicken whilst doing the roast, and then had roast chicken with stuffing, roast potatoes and onions etc.
Oh yeah, a friend of mines mother wants me to sit down and talk to her mother and help her loose weight, so i have an appt with her on tuesday to go through everything. I got told 'just give me a menu' lol. So ill work with her normal menus and work out what she normally eats and that way shes gonna be more likley to stick with it.

On another note Ive had a sore shoulder since friday, it was my upper back between the shoulder blades, and the shoulders, but now its more on my shoulders, like the collarbone on the right side.
I think ill go easy on it tomorrow doing weights.
 
Good luck with your friend's mom...you're right, I've found it's so much easier to stick to this when you work with the foods you like and eat already:)

I can't wait to see your new hair! :D
