Aint that the truth!

So last night i went over to my friends place to have a word with her mother about weight loss - shes trying to loose weight and im supposed to show her all ive learned.
Anyway i showed her everything i know, and to be honest i was surprised at what i knew. Anyway i left her all informed and 'hooked up'
Hopefully she will do something with the knowledge.
 
yea its hard talking to people in person sometimes. They will normally have their own ideas of what a diet should be. All we can do is try and hope they start eating a little more healthy. The ones I feel bad for are the ones that have a thyroid condition or somesuch and its not so much they eat alot rather than a medical condition that really keeps the weight on. The normall masses like myself that just need to eat less and move more, It's nice to talk to someone that has been there. keep it up.......

Wow, if it wern't for the hair I'd think it was a different person, like your younger thinner sister or something. You look great and you've worked hard to get there...I know...I worked hard to read your diary...its a long one. Keep up the good work, it seems to be working fabulously!

This time i can actually see more of a change than the earlier ones.


I think im smoking crack when i posted my 4 month aviversary - must be working out to hard. Its been 3 months ive been on this diet/lifestyle change now not 4!!
So 28kg/61lb loss in 3 months is super fantastic!
it took a friend who started a month after me (because i inspired him) to point out it wasnt 4 because he had only been on it 2 so i must be three, then going back on fitday to click :)
 
The pictures look great - all the hard work has definitely paid off, you look great! Keep up the hard work and you'll reach your goal in no time!
 
Arg i went swimming and the pool bleech faded the blue even more than it was. I think im gonna have to redye it :)

On another note ive been extremly unmotivated lately. I keep trying to talk myself out of doing workouts for some reason, and in fact ive even skipped the odd one (though ive made up for it later).
Maybe i need less stress and more sleep :/
