I googled it and got quite a few hits...it looks interesting. *OHD goes off to count her loose change.*

By the way OHD, I would count up my change and go in halves with you but its a long way from "The South" to "Cloud Nine" LOL:)
 
Even at the cost of doing it somewhere (besides your own home), it might be worth doing a couple times a month, just for the extra kick...hmmm
 
Well my protoge is here at the moment cycling on my exercycle.
She weighed in today and has lost 0.6kg (about 1.2lb i think) in 4 days.
woot! Shes happy!

Well, what do ya know?...my particular cloud #9 hovers directly over "The South!" This may just work afterall! :D

That's awesome news about your little friend...getting a loss fairly quickly is such an awesome motivator!

I didnt think she would stick with it - but talk about motivated!

I saw that vibrating thing on the Ellen show. It was pretty interesting. You can't "see" it working but the people that were using it said they felt it!!

I feel like a fraud. Im pretty sure my 4lb weight loss last week was due to uneven floorboards in the bathroom.
I had weighed in more on both days before, and after and it just wasnt consistant that it went down that much.
Anyway im not overly too fussed about it anyway, just means im 2lb up really on what i am.

Anyway its saturday morning *yawn*
I had insane insomnia last night, finally went to bed at 4.30am. Today hopefully we're going skating and tomorrow hitting the gym with my cycle buddy since the weather is still pretty crap. Probably swimming also.

Im just tired.
 
i know what you mean, my scale is the needle type and it lies to my face at times and i personally think the bathroom floor is too soft (not tile) but eh....i think i'm gunna buy an electronic one..
 
mine is digital, but we have polished wooden floors in the bathroom, and lots of old uneven floorboards. Ill just have to be careful that i put them on the same ones each time.
Though i admit ive never had this happen before, weird.

On another note, my best friend got a random phone call last night calling her a slut etc and some other nasty names.
Im off out now to investigate - i have an idea i know who it was
 
Hi W! I had the same problem with our bathroom, so I taped a little mark to the floor so that I know I'm putting it in the exact spot each week. That way I just don't have to worry.

Hope tonight goes better for you and you get some rest! :D
 
Well, Wishes, if it doesn't change next time you weigh, maybe it'll have evened itself out, weird floor board or not.

And congratulations to you and your little friend!
 
I have a talking scale. She taunts me every time I weigh, but I think she's starting to let up now that she knows I'm not going anywhere.
 
Eew, Cannon! I don't even like to SEE the numbers, but to have a voice TELL me what they are??

I don't think it would survive. There are too many guns in this house.
