Nah i missed BL, ill live, they do a recap of the day befores tonight and it was all goodnever heard of it either! hum.....
Did you ever get to see BL after your power was out?? Its a GREAT show!!
Hope you have a great day
Oh, and thanks for supporting me in my diary ..means alot to me![]()
Exactly! Its a platform that vibrates somewhat one imagines standing on a washing machine would feel like. You do poses, like say a lunge and hold it for 60 seconds. It seems easy at first but when its moving at say 50hz your muscles have to do a LOT of work to counter it for balance. Its work you dont realize you are doing.you can burn a THOUSAND calories in just 15 mins?!? Wow.
Gyms dont generally have em. But you can buy personal ones. They go for about $600-$100 ($300-$600USD) here.Wow that is cool........never heard of it before........I am going to see if any of our gyms have any......probbally not!! (or i could set up my own studio for a mere 80,000![]()

You can only do it every second day at most because of how much it uses. Oh and if you dont eat before hand then you may pass out - its adviseable to have like a soup or do it after a meal3-600 bux for 1000 cals per shot...heck that sounds worth it to me!!! Wonder how often I can do this per week. Hmm....*OHD wanders off to look more into this* Oh...hi ya Wishes!![]()
I have a hard time believing it would actually burn that many calories! Sounds like an interesting concept, though.
