Oh, I love this stuff!!!!

Here's mine:

I totally understand, Beth. I keep it to a handful I'll actually post in because I'm terrible at obligations. My visitors do make me smile, tho. I suppose I should get out there and give 'em back a little more frequently. It's not like I'm strapped for time dot dot dot.





My dear diary journal for today would read: I'm sore. A seriously shitty storm passed over here today. Only about 5-6" of snow but we had temp changes during the storm and made layers of ice mixed in. A severely, weighty snow. I dedicated 3 hours of lifting and I'm pretty used up.

I've done an outstanding job of laying off the booze this month but right this minute, I'm about to cave in. This is easily a two percoset moment and I have none. I'm right at 1800 cals so rum is pretty much a gainer if I go that route. Always something. Always an angle. Always a trade-off *sigh* "Calgon, take me away" doesn't apply here, either :banghead:

and its a load of crock. Im apparently a namby pamby person with no life and my life revolves around socializing, im good for being a greeter at a desk with no actual skills involved and everyone loves me ....... baaahahahahah :)
 
Okay, I'll play. I'm a 1.

If your Life-Path number is ONE, your life is likely to be characterized by the need for personal fulfillment, independence, pioneering and individualistic desires. Key words for a ONE Life-Path number are attainment, initiating action, independence, pioneering, leading and individual.

Just in from another two and a half workout (shower time!!) I feel great. I'm kinda sad with there is no more lifting to be done. I'm back to Square A. I really have to get aggro with the mill or the bike now. Half-assed just isn't fulfilling my needs.

I luv your spirit, doll :) I'm about a nervous wreck already. This game matches up pretty well, I'd say. And after last year's game, no matter how big an underdog, anyone can win it all.

You know I'll be at your side shouting and screaming tomorrow. I just need to watch my consumption tomorrow. Yet one more evil eating day us Americans torture ourselves with :cuss: I really leaned out today to make room for some beers and whatever else is on the menu. Mom never has a weak spread out, dammit.

Not sure how many times that vid popped up in my head today during my 90 minute walk. Several, I would think. Those 'nurses' were extremely memorable :)



It felt good, again, to get some quality walk time in today. Blessed with 40 degrees and a snow-free deck, me and the iPod made the most of it.

I'm dragging ass a little today due to staying up until 9am EST, allowing myself to get suckered in to watching the Australian Open. As fine a Grand Slam event as I ever saw - and worth the missed winks. I just didn't think it would last 5 sets and about 5 hours :/ If you ever feel like you've been sucking in discipline dept., watch superior athletes and absorb yourself a much-needed gut check. That being said, I woke back up at noon and got busy doing something for myself.

I stayed lean the last two days - foregoing the wine tasting fair - in preparation for the Super Bowl. I have a great February planned for myself, weather non-withstanding. If I'm to revisit Onederland, I'll need to stop hedging on 'weather' and aim my sights on my prize. I have roof over head, I have implements of exercise equipment. Hell, all a person needs is a floor and some ambition to convert it into weight loss. I'm not this fucking stupid. Time to strip myself of the Pampers with "I don't like my equipment" embossed on the ass.

The next calendar page turned will mark my 3 year anniversary, and quite frankly, my present weight is completely unacceptable. Time to jump over the retraction I endured. That's just a lame excuse. I can't have this. I refuse. My cupboards and fridge are exactly stocked just like day one. That's where I found my earlier success and here's where I'll find it again.

Yeah, I'm mad. Trust me, that's a good thing.

Time to get ready for the Super Bowl. I plan on killing the last of my rum today and then there will be no more. My last act of defiance. The food will be closely watched. I want to enjoy today under my own conditions and that's that. I probably can't come in under cals so let's just do this and get it over with.

I hope you all have a great day watching the Super Bowl with family and friends. Drive carefully if you're traveling.

Not on this side of the globe. (Pittsburgh) football (to me) is like soccer is to Manchester or Cricket is to Australia or World Cup sailing is to New Zealand.
