Randy, does exercise lower blood sugar? Is it true that taking a walk after a meal is good for you? I need to read a book about this. just curious. Love ya!
Absolutely. And it's not likely to come at the exact right moment every time either.Absolutely, Val !! burning up those starches and sugars is fairly important an hour after consumption. Heading it off before saturation is pretty clinical. I tend to see my sugar count rise without exercise consistently, even if it's a slight increase.
Taming ones' diabetes is group effort of food choice and exercise. I don't think there is complete success with one and not the other, just moderate control if one was to skip one or the other. The leading edge would have to go the diet though. Lets face it, you eat starchy, sweet stuff, well the amount of exercise would be ball-busting to override a bad diet and you'd have to stay med-dependent.
Love ya back !!
*pets the good bunny*
You did write before, and still worth being proud of your wisdom, eat like a diabetic before you become a diabetic. I  your thinking along that line.
You know I gave up a handful of years not thinking your way...
You don't have to tho..
just sayin-
Thank you, that is a great point!
But it's not just thinking--it's feeling *overly emotional female alert* Simple sugars make me FEEL like crap after a while. I can tell that they're no god for me. But unlike the AIL that's no good for me, I can stay away a bit betterHave a great night!
