Onederland.
Just wow. I have arrived.
I changed my goal weight. I'm done. I look good and I feel good.
Perfect ?? far from it but it's going to take years to fine tune what may be irreparable and it may even not ever be to my liking.
It's been a monster run and now I'm taking my well deserved break.
WLF was the icing on my weight loss cake. I have to say I probably could've done this without WLF but I'm glad I didn't.
I have to give a lot of credit to Debi. It saddens me she's not here today but one thing I've come to know is she has her reasons and her priorities are spot-on with whatever the reason. This is the same woman that reminded me to keep myself in check whenever I was weak, confused, lame, negative, sad and all the other adjectives that we encounter on our journeys. You truly were my anchor from post one. Your infecting walking habits made me step up to the plate in a way you'll never give yourself credit for. I hope you acknowledge your importance in my weight loss, my words will only fall short of describing it.
A Realist was a most valuable asset to have along the way. Thanks Debi
I can only thank those who they feel it applies to because the encounters here are so broad in range, you have to know where you stood with me to know how much I appreciate your support.
I thank you.
