Holy shit!!
I'm crying right now!
So did I when I saw that scale do a sub-two hundred reading. I'm not sure its fully sunken in yet (to me). These last 17 months feel like a blur - real Twilight Zone stuff.
Congratulations!! You ARE awe inspiring, a champion, and an incredible person!! I am so happy for you, and am glad to have gotten to know you on WLF. May many others be blessed, and learn from you. Enjoy hitting the goal line, there's nothing like it .
You, my dear, are definitely one of the ones on here that inspired me with your B&A. Your transformation, so mind-blowing, stuck with me in my mind from day one. If you think you weren't with me in my mind on days of walks and refusing bad food, think again !!
We can't always see ourselves during this process but seeing others (such as yourself) can add a new dimension to our efforts. Your strength carried over into my ambition. Seeing is believing.
Congratulations,
I didn't get to know you as I am new here, but I thought I would say that is is a inspiration on what you accomplished. You should be proud of yourself. Congrats..
Thank you. Yes, it is hard to know everyone on here and even harder to make everyone part of the daily routine here. Sometimes just appreciating what others do on here is sufficient enough.
I wish you well on your quest (whatever it may be). If I can do it, you certainly can too.
I still don't know how to find the little emoticons elsewhere to post, so I'll stick to the old 'cheers' one.
Congratulations Randy!! I have never had any doubt you would reach and pass this milestone, but to see the numbers in black and white is AWESOME!!
haha, I'm taking that secret to my grave !!

Thank you for never doubting me. It feels good to know I came across that strong. I always wanted readers to know it takes a strength of great magnitude to pull off this level of change - even if I came across as an asshole, prick, arrogant, whatever...
Complacency is no place for weight loss.
Randy I don't have much time, but I wanted to say congratulations and that is so amazing. Words can't describe how phenomenal you are.

I'm sorry that Debi isn't around but thank you for sharing with all of us!!!!!
Much thanks !! Your appreciation speaks volumes. It does my heart good to know you give soooo much back to WLF. People like you make all the difference here. Pressure ?? (hehe)
It hurts that Debi isn't here, sure. I really didn't even wanna be here anymore when she left. I have about 1000 post on here to prove how instrumental she was on my journey. I doubt her and I have seen the last of each other (I pray).
It would be a crushing blow to a perfect trip if I couldn't see her to her finish line.
well val isn't the only one with tears right now. i am so so happy for you... congratulations Randy

and i wish deb was here to see it and share it with you
a biggest hug to you
Lena
Awww, you're gonna make me cry, Lena !! Thank you, dear *hugs back*
I know I haven't been by here in a very long time..but dude..I gotta fricken hand it to ya! GREAT job! You really made it man.. congrats are definitely in order. You're one of the ones that I first met when I got here so... it's awesome to see your journey come to this! That's so freak great.... just awesome..what a great thing to read in the morning!
Thank you, Sir. Your accomplishments are documented as well. Perhaps we both share the unfinished 'perfection' we seek to seal this deal but I think we're both ready for the 'next level'. Best of luck on your journey.
Amazing journey. Well done T.
You're still the Number 1, Fenster. Believe that !!
Randy, I am thrilled that now you can feel you have reached the place you were aiming at all this time. You have shown so much courage, determination and persistence and your reward is here. This is a stunning accomplishment. Congratulations.
I'm blessed to have friends like you to walk with me during and beyond. I'm going to wreck my day in your honor with a vegemite sandwich and Foster's - Oye !!
I still have your f^cking pen
Wow...Randy. That is so cool. I wish Debi were here to read your words, too. Very moving and powerful. We don't realize the impact we have on people in so many different ways. You did it! YOU did it!

Congratulations from the bottom of my heart!
Thank you Beth

Your well-timed post in my diary have always been just what the doctor ordered. It's so very cool so many age groups collect here and we kinda find the wisdom that comes with age. It may be a stronger component than youth at times.
*still jealous of Bruce* (tongue-in-cheek)
