and yes, it certainly is. Elements only tell me what to wear or what time to walk. It's rare the elements keep me off the walking circuit.
When and why did you make exercise such an important part of your process? I'm so impressed with your determination and your commitment to it.
Thank you !! March 4th 2006 was the date - even though it was snowing and I was terribly out of shape. I bundled up and trudged on for a whole whopping 10 minutes but I went back out the 5th and the 6th and .....
You know, I first tried exercise only. Didn't work. Then tried exercise and diet. Works phenomenally. Don't think diet alone works as well (guess I'll be trying that out soon until I get my sit squared away).
I hope other readers take a note of what you're saying here. You have an incredible figure (most would crawl across broken glass to have), but all too often I read on here people attempting to bypass one or the other. I couldn't agree more how important one works with the other - it really is the 'key'.

I didn't finish posting my intake yesterday, trust me, I was fine. Some days I don't eat till 7-8pm to avoid snacking late. Remember, I
still have ample fat to live off of and I rarely list my catabolics on here because they're free (actually negative) calories and I consume my fair share of those during the day.
