WoW, no takers on the false 'fact'.
Foregoing collective replies tonight. I have company coming over here soon so I'll just thank all the thankees and recap my day.
Very busy day here including a 3.5 mile walk and a 2.5 stationary early this morn.
I set up another lean day in prep for Turkey Day and quite frankly, I'm glad this is the last day.
1 yogurt (80)
1 granola bar (90)
Chicken salad (500)
I intend to drink 3 lites here soon (330)
I'm on Cipro right now as my body is having a hard time staving off infection. I'm pretty inwardly depressed. Without getting long-winded, the very problem that led to my disability has returned. I guess losing 130 lbs. wasn't the guarantee I thought it would be.
I don't get it. My diabetes has never been under this great of control, rock solid numbers, I'm in the best health I've been in the last 20 years...
I'm not posting this for *forum hugs*, I just need to vent for my body's betrayal to me for a supposed 'job well done' The real reason to post this to say if you don't have diabetes yet and you're obese and need a fire under your ass, get busy avoiding becoming diabetic and lose your weight. You'll really regret waiting until it's too late.
