Thank you Korrie :) I sure needed it - yet one more Angel flew into my path of life and bestowed me with a reward for a job well done. Not sure I was orgasmic over all the clothes shopping but I did grin like a butcher's dog :)

I didn't look or feel good in every XL I tried on but when it was said and done I refused to buy anything 2X because in every case, they were just too big. I didn't give myself any room to gain weight, I'm up for the challenge of making those XL's lose fittin' soon.

I won't lie, there are a small faction of scientific people that debunk the whole catabolic thing. Finding conclusive data which side is right or wrong is a mere internet impossibility. I stand by its existence and firmly believe one can lose weight with this food group - I'm 100% convinced.

Celery is a huge cat !! not to mention celery water content has 'medicinal' powers (supposedly).

Ugh !! I've been a bad boy today !! So far only 3 coffees and a Granola bar before my walk. Just been too busy to eat a 'meal' yet but will here shortly - later is better for me anyway. My Angel ask me if she could treat me to lunch at Wendy's and said "WHAT !?!?!?!?!!!!!!" I was reminded they have salads and I retorted "I don't eat fast food". Lunch was missed by both :eek: People, don't ever think you don't have a say in the matter because you do !! I read this too often on here and it's just a lil too 'touchy feely' for me to accept. If someone ask me to not smoke around them, I don't, so don't ask me to eat your shitty choices of food, ok ?? *end rant* as we say in Italian: justa` justa`

Disclaimer* I would never slap a random act of kindness as it may have come across in this writing. My Angel is 100% in tune with what I'm doing and where I'm heading with food, it was a joke (I think, maybe, kinda, probably woulda ate there had I agreed, dunno for sure) but it didn't hurt anyone's feelings there at the time.

I'm having peas and mushrooms sauteed in garlic and peppercorns and rosemary. If that doesn't fill me up, I'll have a can of cold beets too.

No bike rides today (I'm 99% sure I won't later tonight but ya never know) I blistered off 4 miles right till dark and woooo-weeee did that temperature drop when the sun went behind the mountain !!

Tonight's video is totally off the wall. Here is a band probably very few have heard of. I'm not into trance/electronica much but I have encountered some stuff in that genre` that agrees with me.

If your wondering if those three guys wearing the Rat heads are the band (hate using that word for trance groups - not sure 'band' is what they are), yes they are and they do (or did) wear those performing live. It's a mildly profound video and some may have to watch it twice to pick up on the story. Oh btw, this song is on my iPod, I think it makes a great walk song.

You know (by now) we get our freak on in here - diet or otherwise. We just try to have some fun in here. I never take a stance to those who have nothing to do with this diary, let's face it, it's not for everybody but when it comes down to it, there probably isn't a person in here I wouldn't help, assist, talk to, or whatever they needed in the way of losing weight. I will never forget where I came from - I know the pains and the struggles too.

Today's video was a breakthrough labor of love in MTV's pioneering days. Any performer willing to sit through 8 days of one-frame-at-a-time animation is totally dedicated to his vision and it paid off nicely. This video has freaked out millions for a couple generations.

We can tie this video into our diet format and equally find holiday usage as well. It's got fruit in abundance and dancing turkeys though you would be led to think they were chickens.

with the whole food deal I swear my hubby will either ask to go
eat somewhere I can't resist(all tho I should)or he announces
what he's is going to fix to eat at the late hours exapmle say it's
11pm way past my cut off time and he would say I am starving
I am going to make my italian spaghetti!!!
Yeah the man doesn't snack on snacky foods he snacks on meals
all day and all night drives me nuttzz suprised I made it this far!
