Mornin' Toots!! Your optimism is just what I needed today.

Enjoy your walk!!!
You're doing so great Amy

If any little thing you read here helps, it's just a feather in the cap. It does us both good. I read your diary everyday and smile everytime I read it. Amyworld rocks !!
reading everyones diary on here gives me so much motivation to keep on track , keep up the good work
We have some great diaries on here for sure. All kinds of stories being told with every range of emotion and a little something we can all relate to. I think most of us pick up on ourselves in other diaries relating to the quirks, stumbles and embarrassments as well as the common goal we're all striving for - and let's not forget the humor too. My best reads in here are those who bring their humor forefront. Call me crazy, but those types seem to be the biggest weight losers - maybe it's because they enjoy life no matter what size they are. *shrugs*
*OHD waves and shakes her pom poms*
Hi OHD !! A day without pom poms is a day with out forum sunshine
Hope you have an awesome day!
So far I have. How about you ?? I hope it's all good
T2, you are an inspiration. Having teenage children is hard enough - you try and teach then right from wrong and all that, but once they hit teenhood they're pretty much on their own.
Ive found being brutally honest with my son generally helps, treating him like an adult and he often behaves like one.
Though to be honest if he ever tried the drug thing i would probably take him bush for him to dry out and do tough love style thing (somewhat like brat camp on tv)
She knows where we stand and that's all I can put out there for now. Tough love is very much a part of that right now. Will it be the 'payoff pitch' ?? Time will tell.
Thx for the forum hug Wishy

I had a salad for supper (no frills-no chicken or steak strips) croutons and bacon bits and dressing comes to 150 cals and a bowl of my homemade tomato soup (which Amy kindly did the full caloric/nutritional breakdown for me) so that was about another 400 (big bowl)
Post-walk earlier I had a mug of sugar-free cocoa and a yogurt (lite) so I'm right about 1100 cals for the day. It's a coinflip between popcorn or apples for a snack tonight.
I've been busy today bathroom cleaning and deleted about 400 names off my MSN and Yahoo to bring it down to manageable levels - it's amazing how many people you meet and are here today, gone tomorrow over a 6 year period.
I'm getting ready for my night bike ride after I pick out a new video for the day.
