Pinky, nice job on passing on the american pastries too. That's just brilliant determination. Wishy is correct - lethal applies nicely.

Do u ever sleep????

Heheh my passion has always been N-Korea. Tears come to my eyes just seeing some videos of people dying in the streets of starvation and the kind of torture camps/prisons they have all over the country. I heard those handicapped are not allowed to stay in the city. They are banished to some remote rural area.:(

My dad served over there in the conflict in '52, your description doesn't vary much from his 54 years later. That's sad.

Yes, trying to rally people in here that gave so much to me early on. Just letting them know they're missed.

Mia was one of the very few in here that used the chat function on here - which no one seems to use. She was a pleasure to chat with.

Scarlett is forum gold. She is a sucessful weightloser and the consumate forum cheerleader. I know she's busy and hasn't abandoned us, just letting her know we miss her and hoping she's staying the course with her lifestyle change :)

Yesterday when I was at my appt. with my OVR caseworker he mentioned he saw a show on PBS about obesity and the genetics pertaining to it.

I dug up a clip of that show.

Just click whichever media player you prefer.

I hope you find this as informative as I did, if nothing else, it makes you go hmmmm.
