Next news: I weighed in at 247
Sunday I did 3 miles up and 3 miles back. A new one-walk record for me. I will admit I did sit for 5 minutes before I turned around but this is pretty huge for me.
I took my first my first exam tonight and scored a 99%.
I took off one pound on my sig from my 247 after the gastro event. I feel like I lose 10 lbs yesterday actually... I can live with 246 - that gives me an even buck and a quarter off my starting weight
Oh yeah, 7 month mark here - still fast food free.

No attempt is feeble. Gawd knows we all suffer, grind, bitch, ache, thrash, salivate, grumble no matter who or how much we lose but when it's all said and done, we did this together and no one is the 'champion', just a winner.

My times don't compare but then I'm not on your mission but don't underplay the inspiration you give me too. I think you're a dynamic lifestyle changer and will never settle for 'fat' again - this we do have in common.
I have a hidden goal to walk that trail in its entirety next year and thy will be done. You have taught me much about walking and the seriousness that goes along with it. you're my female mirror image of 'still pumped and motivated' I mean really, who can come as far as you and I (or anyone for that matter) and blow it now ?? I'm with ya till we see this through to it's completion. I think I'm more excited now than I ever was.

Silly me shoulda known better, they always say 'sugar-free' on them and more times than not, those are the toxic ones. They're preying on my weakness - nature is just so clever.
Yet another weight loss perk I was totally unprepared for
I'm a bit sweaty from my walk, this might be a good time to slink into that red vinyl jobby - I can only imagine the sweatbeads will completely enhance the design.beckster123
