toxic lady bugs...............yes they suck ass!!! Let me tell ya, i think they are infesting the US right now!!!!!! I'v been cheking on diarys and it's been a common theme!!!! I have a hidden goal to walk that trail in its entirety next year and thy will be done. You have taught me much about walking and the seriousness that goes along with it. you're my female mirror image of 'still pumped and motivated' I mean really, who can come as far as you and I (or anyone for that matter) and blow it now ?? I'm with ya till we see this through to it's completion. I think I'm more excited now than I ever was.

Oh, so many things in that paragraph to touch on - yes, I do think we're the mirror image of being pumped and motivated. I too, think I'm more excited now then I was at the beginning. At the beginning, I was determined, but not excited. BIG difference. I LOVE those milestones like your XL moment, like my ability to cross my legs and have the top leg go straight down the length of the bottom leg - instead of poking out out like a tripping hazzard ;)

And for walking the entire distance of your route, how far is is?

lol.. that good morning was just pathetic. wish me luck - I'm going on an undie quest today. Mine are creeping down as I walk and I'm tired of digging around in public to get them back up again...lol... you awake now??

beautiful trail btw, I need to find someplace like that around here - someplace to look forward to instead of my janky ol' neighborhood.
 
Morning man. Hope your day is full of goodness...and a little bit of badness for the fun value. So no word on the laundry yet? You'd think this case would be top priority! murders...nah, theres a trucker out there missing his boxer briefs! I'm just mad that its taken a week to solve the case...I'da been all over that one for you. I'd have used my little cuffs to bring up in too...those things are uncomfortable!

Here's the two part weak link in that plan.

I don't walk that trail very often to avoid the 12 mile drive to it.

Soon the trail along with winter will not be a place to be.

Without a doubt, right now (and for the next 2 weeks) that trail will be busy for the peak foliage. No denying this is thee most beautiful time to walk it.

It will be my goal to walk further and longer outdoors as long as the weather permits it then I'll be bound to the bike for a few months :(

I definitely have plans for next year to make that completed trail hike.

Even better news today, my OVR caseworker told me to get a quote from the local gyms as he had no problem justifying the cost if this is something I want to explore so I got that option to play now *thinking treadmills here*

hehe, you crack me up. I think the missing laundry will appear on Missing Case Files in 2017. I read your king crab fest you had and simply drooled. If I was gonna tank out on butter, that would be the forgivable version of why.

Humor me and tell me what you pay a lb up there for those appendages, no wonder you can eat them till ya puke. location location location !!!
 
Heres the humor for you. I didn't pay a penny for the crab. thats the benefit of knowing the owners and captains of crab boats. They just show up at my door near dinner time with a few (big) live ones in hand and a bottle of vino. otherwise I'd be paying about $40 for a 25 lbs homepac. Sometimes I even throw a few pots in the soup myself and get my own when the season is open for subsistence crabbing. I heart crabs!

Hiking trail now eh? Sounds like fun the closest thing
walking distance is the floodwall that I try to walk 3-5 days a week
it overlooks the river which tall stacks are in town and it's beautiful
watching them go by.It's storming tonight but I got my walk in early
today! Have a gr8 Thursday! Tammy

$40.00 wouldn't get you 2 point 5 lbs here. I saw a road vendor here selling king crab recently for 16.95 a lb and that's a helluva deal but certainly makes you think "buyer beware". I've always been a sucker for a good crab cake - probably the best method of crab eating here on the east coast.

hehe, well a story can only be as good as its characters and this diary has no shortage of those ;) I hope my diary always stays on the loose and humorous side of life and people like you make sure it does. I love your humor and wit and always get great amusement over in your thread :)

obtw, this just in: the toxicology report showed the toxic aphid consumed toxic sap from a toxic nectar. This case is evolving at lightspeed !!

Truer words couldn't be spoken. I'm back to sleeping whenever and I'm kinda disappointed. I thought this weight loss would help me solve my sleep disorder as my diabetes improved. I always thought the two were related - maybe not. I do know I haven't been online as much and MSN even less.

Glad your back and rooting everyone on. It's nice to see the older mods getting back on the scene.

I got my walk in between T-storms today too. Looks like nothing but great ops for walking for the next several days up here and as always, I'm looking forward to it. I think my stationary is feeling neglected about now - it better enjoy the break, we have a long winter ahead of us together.

You've come along way since your 11:30 mash tater night ;) I'm proud of your commitment and el bees seem to flying right off your body. I foresee a new avatar order in the very near future, don't you ?? keep up the great work Tammy.
