I put on an old painter hat backwards until I get one of those biker beanies. Don't look for spandex shorts anytime soon tho :p
 
I couldn’t be without my exercise bike. It’s the best money I’ve ever spent on weight loss.

haha, that imfamous 'banana hammock' post was a life-altering experience for me.

I'd say it made me 'retool' my thinking but that would be innappropriate wouldn't it :p

Well I guess it will take awhile for this cycling thing to get my nod of approval but I'm just not use to it. Walking was my friend. I'll say one thing, I probably burned more cals today biking than I ever did walking so I'm sure once i see the results, I'll feel better about it.

As for the cycling, if you can burn more calories and it's better on your feet while it heals, that rocks!

Man you guys are just disgusting :D

Maybe we should start a biking thread up for the few of us who bike hehe. I biked to work and back again today - ive knocked 20 mins off the trip since 3 months ago. Horay! It just gets easier and easier!
