Congrats about being able to sit in a booth T2!! I know that must have been an awesome feeling!! Thats good that you didn't order the fries, it's perfectly fine and necissary to order something that you've really been wanting for a long time when you've reached a landmark like that, so if you really didn't want the fries then it's good that you didn't order it, think about all the fat and calories that you eleminated :) Your doing awesome so far, just keep it up and you will get to your goal before you know it :)

Yeah, I'm close - I saw 204.2 Sunday after my endurance walk (OK - so it really doesn't count, as it was my dehydration weight) ;) But it's close!

Honestly, the day I realized I was 100+ pounds over weight, I sat and cried...I could not *fathom* being able to lose that much. It seemed nearly impossible. Now I know I was wrong. Not only is it possible, it will be a reality.

I couldn't say that in January.

hey trucker *high fives* on the booth conquest, been there so i know the humiliation that can accompany that one:eek: Keep up tha inspiring dude! You are very insightful, keep on keepin on-Star

Thank You WLC.

I commend you for a stellar weight loss too. Not matter the amount or time frame, it takes strong people with incredible mindsets to do what you (and many of us) do.

I really think that's why I picked up a dose of grumpys lately falling out of my norm because the perks of weight loss are just so rewarding. I'm just a bit too intense about my own failures at times but the support in here has been great for people swinging by and dishing out a lil understanding. Thanks for that.

:)

Well Star, you're booth-bound and I have no doubt you will share this and many other accomplishments before it's all said and done.

Weight is only number - Weight loss is an achievement.

I miss all my trips out to Green River and Rock Springs. I've always said Wyoming is like Mars but it's the pretty side of Mars. :):p

Sometimes I have to pinch myself to make sure this isn't a dream. Your quote could not be anymore accurate for me as well.

Good morning form a very dark thunder stormy part of the world! (What a chitty day here ~ now if only I were a duck I'd be out there swimming in the puddles! What perfect weather to have if you are suffering from a case of the grumpies. However ~ I do hope you are finding yourself surrounded by sunshine and daisies today Trucker! You and your success are too phenominal to suffer from the grumpies! Now slap a smile on that handsome mug of yours and relish in all of your success. :)

Thank you Want-a-be. Your post has exceeded the legal limits of sunshine allowable by law

Good things happen to good people, so you can expect something special in between all those raindrops today :)

How's the foot?

Untested tho feeling good enough to give it a whirl. This might be something I'll have to deal with it until sis delivers the stationary bike. With or without the bike, I still have to have my walks, you know first-hand the medicinal value of the great outdoors ;)

Well I got my 2 miles in plus I was on my feet most of the afternoon before my walk.

Looks like this will just have to be something I'll have to deal with. I whine about pro athletes that won't play injured so it's time for me to put up or shut up.

I did put in a call to sis for an overnight shipment on the stationary. My thinking is I'll get more exercise per se out of the bike than walking or at least that's my game plan. Well variety is the spice of life is it not ?? Time to get some new spices...

On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd rate my walk "retarded".

hey 2 mile is still damn good, and you know spice in life is what keeps us going!!! we are guaranteed a chance in life not a fair shake!! keep up your great work! later the star

Well, it's good that you got out and exercised. It's even better that you really wanted to. Just take care, you know we worry about you. & you can come over to Mana's Diner for a free piece of pie anytime. ;)

Hey, I'm stopping by on behalf of the Special Olympics. A walk is a walk! It's all better than sitting on the couch all day eating KFC. Did you ever get any updates on that Jerry Springer guy?
