I am going strong although we had a bad temptation for me last night for dinner but i managed to only eat 2.5 slices instead of the normal 4 that I would have eaten before starting on this journey. anyways keep up the great advice and motivation that you give everyone on here.

A small step is still a good step, Heather and for that I'm proud of you. Don't be afraid to challenge yourself deeper with one slice and pass on the other 1.5 and replace it with a salad.
I know this isn't always easy or even possible sometimes but I have to mention the level of challenges will have to be increased. You master these things and you'll master weight loss

Some of you did detect my new low weight of 197 and thank you for noticing. I've been on a mission lately. Today brought 3 one hour walking segments alone. My mind just gets stuck on 'do it' sometimes. I don't even feel like I'm trying to prove anything by this, it's just a part of my life. I wake up just doing what I do now. Life is good
