I just did the fit-o-meter tool, and while I'm sure the other advice is valid, the BMI reading is astonishingly off.
It gave me a BMI of something like 63
, for which at my height I'd have to weigh 600 pounds. I weigh 177. It asks for height in centimeters, and I used a tape measure with cm on the other side. I also went to a website converter, and both came to a reading of about 167 cm for 5' 5".
Every other BMI chart I've seen gives me a BMI of about 30.
Anyone else have this problem?
