This Routine ok for me?

Is Westside for Skinny Bastards ok for you if you're not a skinny bastard? Not to put myself on a pedestal or anything but I would say i'm relatively stronge. It seems like a good program but my only problem is 1 lower body session a week. That's a big no no for me.

You are wrong, are you sure you are looking at WS4SB3?

Its just a question of reading through the instructions - there is even stuff marked *recommended for not-so-skinny bastards. People make Defranco's to be much harder than it is simply because they don't want to invest the time and effort to read all the material. One can make excellent gains on it even if one is not skinny.

He is not looking at WS4SB3 which is the latest and has stuff for non-skinny b*****s. Football players do WS4SB3 and they are not skinny (at least not all of em).

I like the choices you get to make. Rotate those choice during the weeks and stuff. I also notice right off, keeping the next day in mind when making your choices! WOW! this is MAJOR!

Are you doing this Blackbeard? What is the time comitment for this routine?
 
Haha, based off flyinfree's excitment I will definitly do this. I was looking at WS4SB the original, not the 3rd one Blackbeard. I'm not sure how I didn't stumble upon the new and improved one.
