Is Westside for Skinny Bastards ok for you if you're not a skinny bastard? Not to put myself on a pedestal or anything but I would say i'm relatively stronge. It seems like a good program but my only problem is 1 lower body session a week. That's a big no no for me.

if there is only one lower body day, and that is no good for you ACDC then that plan is no good for you. Any plan that was called skinny bastard, and you aint a skinny bastard, may not be for you either.
