Hello! Thanks! Well I did nothing too exciting with my weekend, but
after I recovered from waking late on Saturday and standing in a queue for an hour with no coffee to buy tickets that were only in a "just okay" spot,

yes the everyday enjoyment factor was hi-i-i-i-gh!! It's been great to have a few days lately where I feel like I have enough time to easily do the ordinary things. :D

:iagree:

You really have this under control!!!

Awesome job!!!!

Thank you.

Awesome melons!!!

Hi Felici. LOL, I was going to wish you a happy TDay, but I guess they don't have too many turkeys down there! Do you have an equivalent? I couldn't find one in Google. Anyway, I'm taking a week off to see the kids in San Francisco. See you when I return!

Hi Tom.

No we don't do Thanksgiving. We just start the work Christmas parties early. :D I have been enjoying a few Thanksgiving jokes online though. I got confused and wondered why they were still posting them, when Thanksgiving is already finished. :ack2: Not paying enough attention.

I'm sure you'll have a wonderful time with your kids. Enjoy yourself.

My bathers feel more appropriate than they did, so I've certainly lost something worth losing. :)

The scales said 70.5 kg (155 lb. Down 2.5 kg – 5.5 lb.) A definite surprise there.

Hey that's excellent, I'm glad you're doing so well and enjoying the swimming. I DID chuckle at your comment on "bathers," how cute! :D

Looks like a another good day!! I still chuckle when I read a TUB of yogurt, LOL I always imagine this huge bucket of stuff. LOL LOL because the only time I hear the word tub used here, is if I'm getting ready to jump INTO the tub, or a Tub of butter, which here is real big. LOL LOL so I love when you post that, because I get a little kick out of it, keep on posting babes, you keep me smiling!!

Enjoy the rest of your day!!!

OMG I just leaned down the wrong way on my mouse and lost my entire (almost perfect) post!!!!!!!!!!!!

IE all my replies to you lovely last three posters, and all the amendments (many), to the document I saved in word last night when the server went down!! And then when I went to word, last night's post had vanished too!! What the...? So I found the missing piece in word, kept looking for whether there was more I could get and ended up reverting to an even earlier version....

I really hate hate hate some of the inbuilt controls on this thing. Like if you stop typing and think, while you are depressing both these (I don't know which), keys for 7 seconds the somethingorother will be activated....and if you lean down on them for half a second more it will stay on permanently.... :cuss:

Dinner is in 50 hours, you best be packing straight away, you got a 37 hour flight, yanno :gnorsi:

Well I still have some smart looking indoor clothes that fit, though I got rid of the yucky puffy outdoor jacket....

I suppose I could borrow the boy's....

Do you guys get pumpkin pie?

Hey that's excellent, I'm glad you're doing so well and enjoying the swimming. I DID chuckle at your comment on "bathers," how cute! :D

I bought them when they were tight and I was losing weight. It seemed fair enough. But with an extra 7 pounds on board they did not feel right!! I actually prefer my tummy to feel a little empty when I wear them. At least then it feels flat - on the inside!

:D The tubs I eat are 200 gm each. 84 cal. Oddly I always feel a smidge indulgent eating a whole one. The old old plan I used to get me started here counted them as 2 serves of dairy and I was only supposed to have one serve at a time. On the other hand I always felt like that was wrong, and hated saving half a container - they don't come with reuse lids. If I could buy them in 100 gm containers I would!! Occasionally I have some chopped fresh pear with half a tub of the natural low fat version, and feel a little more virtuous. I must say it's a sensational taste that way and a nice change.

I did get a great smile from the posts from all of you three too!! Thanks!

Sorry to anyone who saw this post while it was still a rant about how my first version of this had disappeared.

Oops too late. :D

I was hungry today!! I started out hungry soon after breakfast and ignoring it and eating what was enough some other days just didn't work. After lunch, I had a quick look at the calories I've been having lately and I think they were a little low (12-1300 as a rough estimate). So I thought I should have more but didn't really know what to do about it. Nothing stopped me being hungry for long. Well I felt fine by about 9:30pm when I finished eating, but ... I don't like the amount of impulsiveness in that day. I guess I don't quite have my groove back yet. Today's calories probably ended up a little high (for me), (probably 1800), as a consequence of the low cal days I think. Being too sleepy didn't help (no I don't have the discipline figured out there yet either). I had also let the fruit and vegetables in the fridge run down to almost zero and that had an impact I think.

I didn't have any cravings though. In fact the boy, who is at the fast growing constantly starving stage, right now, asked to go to Maccas after school, and I took him to buy bread and fruit and vegetables instead. :D

Probably the afternoon's calories were too wide spread? An earlier dinner and a decent sit down afternoon tea would have worked better (they're not always doable, but should have been yesterday.).

Hi Cannon. I'm sorry you've fallen off the planet too. I expect it's cold out there!!

Nice to see you though!! :D
