This is the time

*steps in, dusts off my seat that's been long vacant... sits down and looks over the logs* I have a LOT of catching up to do! How are you today Felici? Nevermind...I just read how you were doing... gonna attempt to read the past little bit to catch up!

:D :p Congrats on dropping a size!! Did I read that right? But you are doing well all the same. And you don't sound overly naughy, but you do sound sweet!! Have a great evening? Did I get that right??? :D :p :p

Hey Feli :D Your so sweet, thanks for the rep, I was really amazed when I saw it. I read several pages of your post and my goodness you are so good to yourself and you eat so good and your exercise is spot on. No wonder you've lost the weight you have. I need to go visit your before & After's I haven't done that yet, but I'm sure it's going to blow me away, your avatar is very pretty, and your face is very thin, I have a round face, always have. I have one question for you....... What is White Coffee??? I read that a few pages back. I love coffee, so I had to ask. I will make it a point to stay caught up with your progress, it's just so hard with so many good diary's to read, I get caught up some days. HAHAHAHA People on here are amazing and they have so much information to share. I'm very grateful to have found it! Keep up your good work. Thanks again!!
Kim

Hey, Felici, my local grocery store started carrying Weetbix, and I bought a box. I'm going to try it tomorrow. Nutritionally, it looks pretty good.

great looking day and nice speed on the walk :) most impressive...
Thanks mal. I see people walking faster but I worked out one time that my "brisk" speed when I started here was about 28 minutes a mile so this is nice for me.

Hello there! To one of those that helped me feel welcome when I was just starting this diary - it's especially nice to see you here again.

I dropped the size a few weeks ago but I'm not over being pleased about it yet!! :D Yes. You posted in the evening. Sorry I couldn't reply here just at that time. : )

White coffee - sorry lapsed into non-American there - just coffee with milk - no new innovation. :)

I totally get it about there being many great places to visit here. I have the same issue. Yep this is a great place. It makes a real difference to be able to talk to people who understand the issues from the inside and people who are knowledgeable about the information that matters.

Yes. Nutritionally it is. I hope you enjoy it - but I take no responsibility!! :D

Hey Felici! Hey... you've been a great support in my diary as well so.. it's the LEAST I can do ;) YOu said "Lapsed into non-American" in your post... are you located somewhere else? (Sorry..i have the worst memory as of late!)

that's a remarkable improvement in speed :) you're gonna be giving M2M a run for her money anyday now :D

:) I live in Perth, Western Australia, though I think there are other places that talk about white tea and white coffee when they just mean "with white milk added!"

We see so much American TV and movies that American expressions are easy to understand, and I had American friends as a teenager which also had an impact. However I still occasionally find these little bubbles where I'm oblivious to the fact that my own expression means nothing to you. I have been asked about the white coffee before though - like I said - a lapse. :)

:) M2M is in a class of her own. :) She's quite an inspiration - though less in the sense of "well if she can I can" and more in the sense of "well if she can do that surely I can at least...." There are a few of you like that here. :)

I really haven't tried to use a steady, fast walking speed as a way to add intensity to my work out for quite a while. I enjoy my surroundings too much! Probably it would be good to do that again though - because I've found that the times I push lead to an increase in routine speed and every little helps as far as getting the most calories burned for time taken.

Ah...that makes sense now. I've been friends with Tomble (an occasional WLF'er) and he's in austrailia and hima nd I have a good laugh about the miss quoted words used at Outback Steakhouse over here... So if I ever read something that I don't understand on here...I'll just ask him! LOL. I've always been fascinated by Austrailian Accents!

I enjoyed reading Tomble too when he was posting here. :)

OK, I had the weetbix for breakfast.

How can I say this politely. . .

Not my cup of tea!

Maybe it was the way I did it. I put the bixes in a bowl, covered them with blueberries and nuts, and poured some nonfat milk over it. Within 30 seconds, the bixes had turned into mush.

I was able to eat it by telling my brain I was eating some watery oatmeal.

Hi Felici-
Just stopping in to say hello.
So, you're down a size in the past week or so...very impressive my friend! It feels so good, doesn't it?

 I hope you bought a small box. I have seen weet-bix look the way you describe. I limit the milk I put on mine. I rechecked the amount again today and it's more like 3/4 C for 2 biscuits than the 1 C I have been recording. I reckon you must have put a lot more on it than I do! Mine are soggy - like a wet pudding, but not as bad as watery porridge!! :)

It wasn't the past week but it does feel so good! Perhaps it still seems good because I have only just started regularly wearing the smaller pants.

A spent a few months in sydney on business trips - and by the end of the trip I felt like such a native ordering a flat white :) Used to impress the coffe stand guy that I could almost speak Aussie :)

Hey you :):):) Im always impressed at how you never miss a beat!!! Everything is always as good as I left it...YUM i was readign your menu and it made me remember that i have celery - thanx - lol

LOL! This one Aussieism that I hadn't even noticed until I found out I was mystifying people here. Don't they talk about white coffee and white tea in the UK, too?

I think coffee iin the uk is white coffee.. .

theres a new yorkism that always befuddles people - in new york and new york alone - a regular coffee is coffee w/ milk and two sugars.. :) always...

Morning Feli!!
You said you had a pear yesterday, mmmmm I love those and I'm glad you posted that, because it reminded me that I need to go to the store today and buy some fresh fruit for the office. What fuit grows well in your neck of the woods?? Do you have a lot of fruit in season right now?? I'm heading into the kitchen to grab myself a cup of white coffee. :) Have a great day today!!!
~hugs~

I find it's easier for me to do this if I aim to do it all the time. But I have missed a couple of beats lately. I can't get too upset about it though - that would be unrealistic and I honestly don't feel that those times have been warning signs or anything - just a couple of days when things didn't pan out.

Hmm. That's just reminded me that tomorrow I am planning to go out for the evening -despite also planning to work, take the boy to the bank, collect the girl from dancing, buy fish, and cook dinner. :)

Well that's not really going to work is it? I don't really know how I manage to keep those incompatible ideas floating around in there without noticing, but I constantly do.

OK. Boy is time shifted to Friday. Therefore there is a nice clear space between 3:45ish and 5:30 for exercise and shopping, and a squashy little space between 6:00 and 6:30 for cooking. :)
