I've had 2 journals so far. The first I barely lost any weight in a month (I did get to know wonderful WLF members though...shout out Lisa & Lucy my weight and height twins
). My second journal was a Jogging Journal. I kinda fell off of that. I still adore running and do it a couple times a week. But not enough to call myself a runner!
Third Time is a Charm?
This journal is just gonna be my random thoughts, n stuff.
I'm young-ish. I lose weight quickly. I also gain weight easily.
