I've had 2 journals so far. The first I barely lost any weight in a month (I did get to know wonderful WLF members though...shout out Lisa & Lucy my weight and height twins :)). My second journal was a Jogging Journal. I kinda fell off of that. I still adore running and do it a couple times a week. But not enough to call myself a runner!

Third Time is a Charm?

This journal is just gonna be my random thoughts, n stuff.

I'm young-ish. I lose weight quickly. I also gain weight easily. :smash:

I'm not setting goals or anything. Just going with the flow and taking it one day at a time =) Feel free to stop by and leave random comments, suggestions etc;

Hey Sunshyne- welcome back!!! Missed you on here!

Congrats on the weight lost while you were away!! Hehe we're about the same weight again :D I keep losing and re-gaining the same 2kgs, grrr. I've gotten pretty damn fit though in my struggles lol.
We can do this together!! I'm hoping to push past my halfway mark before I start studying in 4wks- would love to lose 3-4kgs in that time!! Now I'm unemployed I can focus on it, and then I'm studying to be a personal trainer!!
 
That is so awesome! I knew that you go hard at the gym, but I never knew you were gonna be a personal trainer! that's AMAZINGGGG...becuase you get fit at the same time as helping others, and you get paid. Very smart =) And I'm glad to be back. I was away because I started a new internship and didn't have time for ANYTHING. But now I have adjusted to the new job. I'm really loving summer right now!!
 
Congrats on the new job! I wish I could hurry up and find something part time to do while I study- the course doesn't start for a whole month so I might just go insane lol.

I always wanted to study fitness- Actually this is the 3rd time I've gotten a place... I got in beginning of last year and the beginning of this year but circumstances prevented me from enrolling, so 3rd time lucky I guess. I used to work in a gym a few years ago and LOVED it, it's how I discovered I actually liked exercise! I didn't stay there though cuz they wouldn't give me enough hours.

Ick I'm in the middle of winter here... it's terribly cold!! Colder than any winter I remember! Blah

Lucy it's opposite here in Toronto. Hot, hot summer...good luck with getting into training again and sticking with it. Third time is a charm ;)

Juni - Thanks for stopping by =) My weekend is going great, hope yours is too

So yesterday I hung out with my boo. I was wearing black skinny jeans, so he GROPES my thigh and was like I love your thick legs...and of course the fat girl inside me was like "are u calling me fat" and he was like no, skinny legs are disgusting ewww...and we both laughed lol. so yeah, it's good to know that guys prefer some meat on the bones!

Going to a BBQ today. I always eat more when around people, for some reason. Like to the point where I'm uncomfortably full. I'm gonna have to remember to eat slowly.

Last week I lost a lot of weight because I started eating Cesar salad or veggies with dip for lunch.

This week I'll only drink water (no pop, juice etc). I might continue with the rabbit food for lunch, not sure. I had a bagel and soup combo from Tims and it was pretty satisfying.

So the BBQ got canceled because the hosts have a minor cold, but it's contagious. Is it wrong that I`m slightly happy so i can loose a little more weight until they see me again?
 
I really hate the ads at the bottom. I guess whatever it takes to keep the forum free for us :)

I can't really remember exactly everything I ate today. But all I know is im gonna eat some plantain chips right about now :D

So I came back from watching a movie with a (male) friend. We saw a movie with Selma Hayek(sp?) and I thought she loooked sooo hot! I thought she had a really perfect bod. But actually he said she was too skinny :eek: That really surprised me. That's the second guy who recently told me they like meat on bones :) Which is great to know. Not that it will affect my goals or anything. but that kinda made me feel good for some reason.

Plan for tomorrow is to just go to work. I might see my boo again, but he's being dumb. eating wise I will have a salad or something for lunch, not sure whats on the menu for breakfast yet. Dinner is whatever dad makes. And if I'm not doing anything after work I shall work out!
 
Hey Sunshyne - good to see you back! I have been missing and sick for a week and really fell off the wagon so it's time to do some damage control this week - I'm sure I've gained a bit in the past week and am probably right aroudn your weight. Let's do it together! I agree it's getting to hot to run so much - I have to get out and do it before work and that means waking up early and that takes a lot of effort on my part!
I like the idea or not having any particular goals in mind - it's that time of year to just go with the flow and enjoy yourself but be healthy where you can! Looking forward to more updates!

I need to workout. Later? I havent really been keeping track of my weight this week. or my intake. For lunch I've been having either yogurt and granola parfait (yum!) or a bagel and a danish or something? I cant really remember. Next week is ALL salads though. Going to a wedding later this month! Still need to find a dress.

Currently eating cherries, best fruit of life ?

Dieting is hard. I like to think of it as a "lifestyle change" but I know that once I reach my goal I wont be eating salads for the rest of my life. Dieting is crazy. Many times I sit there eating my salad and think "WHY am i doing this...why aren't I eating <enter disgusting fast food here>" but in the end its worth it. I just have to focus on the big picture, you know?

Water is important. I woke up this morning and was extremely dehydrated from last night (which is hard to fathom since i drank like a fish last night lol!). But I've been drinking lots of water today.
 
I've got my salad packed this week too! You are so right and it is such hard work! I think once you get to maintanence it would be easier to take a healthy lifestyle approach and not so much strictness - but I'm not sure because I've never actually been able to maintain anything!! I love junk food so much and need to find a balance but it's just so hard!!

Lisa - surely you;re better than me when it comes to resisting though! and you have soo much progress to show for it :)

Today's lunch was 1/3 of salad, it was hugeee. so I kept the rest and will probably have it for lunch for the next day or so. I also had a huge thing of booster juice (strawberry sunshine). now just munching on a small bag of plantain chips.

I have so much bullcrap food in my house! Im gonna have to avoid the kitchen today.
 
Admire your resistance. I always venture into the kitchen when there is crappy food, have a long debate with myself of whether or not I would really want to eat the cappy food. The devil in me always wins and end up eating them, only to regret later. These days, if there are crappy food lying around, I either give it away, or take them to the office and put them in the snack room so everyone can have (evil, I know).

lol juni I am the same way. I will literally spend up to an hour debating whether I should stuff my face or not. And I'm an all-or-nothing person, so if I slip, I slip BIG. but thaTS a good idea to give everything away. & thanx for the good luck

Last night I did a quick, half assed workout (8 min buns and abs video)

When the sun goes down a bit in an hour, I'll go for a long bike ride.
 
Came back from a bike ride. I think I saw my ex :| but I'm not sure/don't care.

anyways it was pretty light/moderate. I went for about an hour.
