Alright, so here I am. Dont know if it will be better than all the last times around but worth a try, methinks 
Today's food
Brekker: Two steamed rice pancakes - 200
Lunch: 1/4 plate of white rice + some broth+ some vegetable - 300
Evening: 1 plate of puffed rice - 100
Dinner: Two fried breads + 1 cup of broth+ french fries+ 1 biscuit+1 fried snack - 600
4 cups of tea+4 biscuits-100 (no sugar)
Thats about 1300 cals but hey, I am eating way too much rice of all sorts. should put a stop to this nonsense at once!!
Tomorrow I will wake up early to go to the gym
