don't start insulting them by suggesting that they haven't yet figured out how to eat.
all he said was that you need to run a calorie defecit, the only way that he would have known that you are already in good shape is if he had read your initial introduction post, which alot of ppl on here don't actually do. with busy lives, they would rqther try helping with problems in the little time that they have. im not trying to offend here, but you DIDNT say in the start of this thread anything about your fitness level, just that you wanted help with exercises. Now in the mind of many fitness oriented ppl, we just automatically stick exercise and eating together.when we talk about one, we talk about the other as well. this is simply because there are many ppl out there that will probably read this thread looking for the same thing you are. BUT if they don't happen to know as much about fitness and proper diet as you do, they may begin to think that they can get into good shape without having to eat properly.
do you know what i'm saying? i so hate this whole typing instead of talking thing, i would rather be able to see the persons reactions to what i say, that way i know they aren't taking it the wrong way....pfff. anyways...

here's acouple sites that might help
stretching...you mentioned improving your splits:
