hiya could you please tell me what deadlifts are please,im trying tone up the same areas but havent heard off that one?
I would suggest using relatively low weight and high (12-15) reps in order to tone.
If you plan on adding any muscle mass, raise the weight and drop the reps to around 6-10
Women should be sticking to slightly more sets (4) then men and slighty lower rep count. (8) I don't believe the low weight high rep scheme.
