what are DB lifts? just curious... im not term savy & im always trying to find new things to do w/ my weights.

i just love them! What supps/shakes are you taking? ok im starting to slack off in the diary department. im not writing in as much as should. i keep track of my cals and stuff at home though but still..... i did cardio yesterday 45min :D then a long stretch.

Im on multi vit, flax oil, omega 3s, kelp, primrose oil caps, bee pollen, sweet annie (a hormone blend) and vit D...i think thats it...not sure.
I am also only drinking soy, no milk.. I just got this rice & whey protein shake from my nutritionist also..so im going to be firing up that in my blender..i hope its good. it smells gross..but maybe w/ some fruit it will be ok.

and wow thats a lot of dam supplements :eek: thought i was doin good with my multivitamin and super omega 3's (all the oils). im slackin in my diary too, i think its cuz its summer. plus its boring lol. i'd rather be nosy and read yours :D

Im soo gonna try those DB rows... thanks for the info. I like soymilk but it does have a distinctive different taste to it...but i get the lite soy and its not as sweet and i usually get the vanilla soy..so it kinda cuts that odd soy after taste. Its funny though, i find the more i drink it the less i can even think of going to milk again.

WW..Ive had 2 preg also...but my chest enlarged by a cup when i was nursing..but then went back to a D when i stopped..it was like someone put a pin in them and psssshhhh im a D again...

but did i mention i gained 60 pounds with each pregnancy and that the 2nd one was a twin pregnancy? lol i think it was the massive weight gain that gave me boobs since i dint breastfeed either time. no way hosay. anyway if i lose much more weight i will be flat in no time. at my lowest most unhealthy weight might i add (around 105 pounds) i was a disgusting 32A. i too hope to be able to afford boob surgery, but mostly just to even them out ;)

and since you like to snoop around just maybe i should purposely write something real juicey in my diary one day to shock you? muhahhmuhahamuhaha


and btw, 35 lb DB rows sounds like chinese to me! :D

WW i gained 75(or more i stopped looking)w/ my first he was 10.5lbs :eek: lol and 70lbs w/ my daughter she was 9lbs.9oz lol boy did i have boobs then ;) but i did breast feed for a while (sorry for the guys reading this might be TMI lol)so maybe thats where my boobs went! its not like their saggy or anything their too small for that lol like i said someday im gonna get me some but itll have to wait til i can afford them(but before i turn 30 maybe a bday present ;) ) i wish ppl put juicy stuff in their diary!!! it be fun to read.

:mad: FREAKING KIDS!!!!!i love em but man oh man!....i go to get my brand new not even a month old digi cam out of my dresser and it doesnt work!!wont turn on wont charge the batterries wont do anything GRRRR i am so ticked off right now i could scream :mad: the 2yr says its the older one the older one says its the 2 yr old and both of em are saying they didnt do it...like what it just magically broke by its self!!!!!My kids have been testing my limits lately....ripping up the flooring, getting into my make up(it was out of reach but i have monkeys for kids), spraying lotion all over the floor walls and furnitur(picked a bad time to do laundry!)theyre going around yelling and screaming at each other throwing punches!!!(trust me the list goes on and oh this has happened in the last 4 days !!!) i did not bring them up like this, they dont watch violent tv (pbs only and kids videos, we dont even have cable or a dish)we dont yell at each other around the house(me and my H dont the kids well theyve lost it!)maybe theres a full moon coming up bc this is just too much!.....sorry im just so freaking mad right now. now i got to run all the way back into ottawa to get it fixed WTF!!!:( argh a really bad day

I have honestly considered duct tape for my 8yr olds mouth.. He honestly never ever ever shuts up...Its like verbal freekin diarhea! I told him the other nite that i need quiet at dinner..so we can relax & digest our food...it lasted 2 min tops! He talks on and on & corrects me whenever I say something not quite right or that he doesnt agree w/... Oh man! I cant wait till hes a teenager...Ill be pulling out the liquor & dustin it off for that occassion! Its no wonder Wellbutrin (depression & anxiety med) is one of the top sellers in women our age....gee i wonder why!
Oh..honey i feel your pain...Sorry its been a tough one....Your a buff & tuff girl...make them run after you for a while...that'll take a round outta them!

I'm afraid I can't relate to the kid troubles. I had hamsters once. Does that count? ;) And besides, I break too much of my own stuff to have kids around. Nothing in the house would work!

Yay for back day. I remember how much I used to enjoy it as well. Per the new schedule, mine will be this Friday. Woot!

love back day its my favorite day out of my whole routine(fave overall exercise straight legged dead lifts its on leg day though) :D :cool: i love weights!!! got talked into starting CEE too so the weight loss my slow down for a while will see, like to get some good results from it though,cant wait for it to come in so i can see!!.(ok not talked into just strongly suggested lol ;) )
 
sorry to hear you had a bad day with the kids. Man I can relate! I have a (almost)2 yr old and a 7 yr old,who is already getting teenage emotional!! (God help me) LOL. Anyways, just give them a kiss and tell them you love them! They won't be little for long!

Hi smiley I thought you would like a low cal pizza so you can still enjoy what you like, this is a weight watchers recipe

Ham, ricotta and cherry tomato pizza

1 Lebanese bread
1-2 Tbs tomato paste
30g ricotta
5 cherry tomatoes, halved
25g shaved ham
4 green onions, finely chopped
Pinch dried oregano
¼ cup grated reduced fat mozzarella cheese

Place bread on a baking tray; spread with tomato paste. Top with ricotta, tomatoes, ham, green onions and oregano. Sprinkle with mozzarella. Cook at 200 for 10 to 12 min or until cheese is golden and base is crisp. Serve with salad.
