Thanks guys...i sure hope he keeps it up, hes feels more energetic bc he quit so i hope he remembers that and doesnt start up again.

Damn back woods ISP, spent the rest of weekend w/ no internet bc their computer was down and its a long weekend here(victoria day)sp they didnt get it fixed til now.
Great news though im at my goal im officially 150 lbs today!!! :D im down 5 lbs and 2.5" mostly off my waist and hips, still got crazy curves though :p dont know what the heck i did this week but the weight came off and now im on my new goal to get to 135(or 140 will see)i havent been this small in for ever im so freaking happy :D
did my exercise this weekend sun jog(in the rain yuck)mon did chest tris and abs and eliptical for 40 min :)

I couldnt deal w/ the wind and the rain this morning.. it wasnt a walking kind of morning..this weather is for the ducks man!

thank you girl :) im feeling pretty darn hot right now well as hot as hot gets when youve only had 3hrs sleep lol ;) not raining here finally quit last night, im looking forwards to going for a jog later, this is so motivating i hope i make
my next goal by the end of the summer(ive given my self til mid sept to get there its like 1 lb a week.) :)
 
If you dont mind me asking L...how long has it taken you to take off the 120? I am curious more to set a more realistic goal in my head for me. I want to lose 70 so...im giving myself a yr...too much?

im so happy :D 150 has been a goal for so long and now im there and im glad i could have you guys to share it with :)

K to answer your question many yrs lol i started when i was 19 lost 75ish lbs then i got pregnant gained it all back plus some,i was all the way up to 262 after my son was born, it took 2yrs to loose 100lbs then i maintained for a while. in 2002 i got pregnant with my daughter(born in 03) and yup gained 75lbs of it back (lol i never learn)then it took 1 yr to get the weight back down to 160's i started to gain again in dec found this place in march and now im down to the lowest ive ever been.
so yeah thats my story pretty much...but when i lost the weight befor i did it by starving my self and not eating right i didnt have any energy and thats why it was so easy for me to put the weight back on. now im going at it smarter and eating healthy and exercising the right way for me. i really think you have to find something that works for you. i love to eat and eating "clean" allows me to eat a big amount of food and feel satisfied and still loose weight. found this place and got hooked up with alot of great advice, it truly has helped a great deal, and not to mention all the bodybuilding advice that i got too( im hooked now it's almost like a drug lol ;) )
hope that gives you a better idea i dunno i say give it a yr and 1/2 if you make your it to your goal before then thats like a bonus, :)
 
On to goal number 2 :)

Woohoo im so excited now im on the second leg of my journey. i cant believe i did it in such a short amount of time :D now im giving my self until the end of summer to get down to 135-140lbs, i think i figured it out to be like .7 of a lbs a week so doable. i hope i keep on track and get there, im so motivated to reach my new goal, unfreaking believable, im so happy :D i feel like i can do anything now superwoman syndrome lol....ok so im probably gonna be on a high for a week then come crashing down...but still im pushing my self hard and adding lbs to my weight routine next 15lbs curls are too light now so next time ill add some, might even attempt 20 lbs just to see you never know might happen ;) all i can say is woohoo im deliriously(sp?) happy :p

ugh ive been sick and that sucks....ive kept up w/ my weights but i droped cardio thursday so im doing it today instead....well i plan too anyhow lol just feel so tired and icky damn i hate being sick, gues thats the way it goes when you have kids, and i havent been eating very well my macro's are still ok just my cals were way lowand i didnt drink all my water. somehow i think that will effect the weight loss this week(doubt i loss anything :mad: )....i plan on going shopping next week for a dig/cam then i might be able to have a pretty avatar like some of you guys....well if i can figure out how to do it lol i suck at this technical stuff :eek:
my h is still smoke free and im quite glad....but he shaved off his goatee :( now hes not as cute...speaking of cute the swiming dad and i had a convo today that guy is hot! :D (love my hubby and all but damn hes hot)
oh and mt h now calls me Jessica Rabbit bc of my curves i tell ya its insane! he thinks its funny...men :rolleyes:

oh its a compliment i just meant my curves are insane lol heres some measurements for ya 39.5"/28.5"/41" :eek: lol like i said insane dont know where i come from no one in my familly looks like this hmm maybe the postman does jk ;) .....my h thinks ive taken it far enough now....he says i can now stop doing what im doing and eat normal (meaning cookies and junk food and all that crap)like as if, i think hes just concerned bc my boobs are smaller now(im now a 36B)men :rolleyes: i just told him if he doesnt like it he can buy me bigger ones lol! ill take small boobs and a small butt over big boobs and a big butt any day. i tried explaining to him my whole plan but he doesnt get it oh well i just gotta keep trying, man i wish he was into this stuff, that would be so awesome. maybe if i show him pics of hot BB men :D hmmm its a thought lol....nah but really anytime i start talking weights and stuff he changes it to choppers guess it goes both ways maybe if i start listening to his chopper crap he'll listen to my ideas? :confused: got like 2.5hrs sleep last night man do i feel like crap. my D is sick and when shes sick she talk in her sleep that plus the coughing kept me up most of the night blah :( im so tired might take a nap later. didnt do cardio last night man i suck. plan on doing 45min of it today hope all goes well/frigging US postal service i placed an order a while ago and just got it yesterday(well it came in on friday)bout fing time ;)

i havent started on the new diet im still trying to figure it all out, not that its hard or anything its kinda like a low carb diet(only 20g or less per day for my body weight) but you get a day to "refeed" on your carbs on the 7th day and basically eat carbs all day, they say it helps to loose fat while maintaining your muscle :) still trying to research it a little bit just to see if its for me
havent lost anyweight this week but i have lost inches so i guess thats ok. im still on track bc i lost so much last week.
heres where i went wrong...not enough sleep, didnt do cardio on 2 or 3 days, didnt keep up with my diary,and didnt drink enough water....the food was all good stuff just not enough cals on a few days....anyways back on track now and im gonna kick some butt this week and try and loose 1-2lbs :)

Love that song!!!ok over it now. busy day today lots of running around to do went into ottawa got some shopping done :D spent too much as usual lol....didnt do legs today switched them to tomorow, ill move everything back a day, so no day off on sat ill do calves and abs then. gonna try and double the cardio today do a tape then a walk or jog. i walked yesterday as my cardio the dog for some reason didnt want to jog hmm maybe it was too hot for him dunno?
