Thanks guys...i sure hope he keeps it up, hes feels more energetic bc he quit so i hope he remembers that and doesnt start up again.
Damn back woods ISP, spent the rest of weekend w/ no internet bc their computer was down and its a long weekend here(victoria day)sp they didnt get it fixed til now.
Great news though im at my goal im officially 150 lbs today!!!
im down 5 lbs and 2.5" mostly off my waist and hips, still got crazy curves though
dont know what the heck i did this week but the weight came off and now im on my new goal to get to 135(or 140 will see)i havent been this small in for ever im so freaking happy
did my exercise this weekend sun jog(in the rain yuck)mon did chest tris and abs and eliptical for 40 min
food for today
cereal
milk
shake+yogourt
tuna + salad
shake+banana
cottage cheese+veggies
apple
yogurt
water 4L
fc+dv
exercise for today legs-squats reg,wide+1 legged,walking lunges+lunges w/ a step up, deadlifts(now up to 70lbs!
) cardio tape or jog
