WooHoo! :) im so wired right now i had way too much coffee and sugar my body is not used to all that.its like a little after 1 am right now and i so cant sleep.thank you girls!!! i had the best time, people kept telling me how good i looked(even my husband had some compliments)and let me tell ya i was looking hot. got lotsa looks and was feeling very sexy, so bassically i had a fabulous time lol. :cool: food wasnt the greatest but i kept on track had salad then some prime rib(was to rare didnt eat much of it)with roasted potatoes and green beans,then i had a few bites of cheese cake but i didnt eat it all it was too sweet. had 1 1/2 small glasses of diet pepsi but i should of stuck to just water, :( it made me feel yuck dont like it any more.ill exercise tomorow hopefully i wont be to tired who the heck knows when ill get to sleep. i need to go out more often this was fun. :D
 
congratulations on your night out. Good job on having fun at the party, I bet it felt good to be out in the open like that ;) . Make sure you get a squat rack soon, they are great, many many uses. good job on staying consistent, tell your husband to take care of you if he doesnt know what to make of it. Congrats on your progress, and keep pumping that iron lol!!!!

Hey thanks Big guy. i had a great time. being out and seen by ppl was a nice change of pace.and im looking into the squat rack thing, many uses you'll have to tell me more about some of them. it sounds like i would like it though.very interesting something i would definately be into ;)

busy day today, got some running around to do so hopefully it all gets done this morning.raining out again,wish it would quit i really want to go for a jog its been a while i need to get out there.lots of frustration to get out. woohoo im down another lb so now its 158-8lbs til my first goal!
went out today to get some stuff done and we had hail, freaking hail try and bring in groceries when theres hail pelting at you. damn things they hurt.and now the suns out what a weird day,wish it would make up its mind lol

it sounds like you had a geat time at the party. It really dose help when you get to get out everyonce in a while and dress up. Especially when you have lost some weight and you feel good about yourself. Keep up the good work!!

well feeling ok today not as energetic as yesterday but i went to bed late last night....my h decided to start talking about politics and finances before bed :confused: what the heck that was all about i dont know but still he gets all worked up over it(like i can change what politicians are doing lol)anyways so he kept going on and on about it and i ended being up late. i hate when that happens i need my sleep, get cranky w/out it. ususally its bed at 10 up at 6:30 but i lazed around in bed til 7....oh well to bed earlier tonight i guess.

Unreal... my hubby will put on a really tense scary movie or something or a terrible tragic type drama..and wonder why i leave the room..I cant go to bed that uptight..its just not condusive to sleep. I know what you mean..i sooo need my rest. Kind of funny.. last nite my hubby was all worked up after i came to bed (if you know what i mean) not sure why...but he was...and I was so freekin exhausted when i finally crashed last nite that I took care of his business (if you know what i mean) and I was snoring before he came back in the bedroom afterwards... It was the first time i didnt feel cheated for not "getting mine" after he "got his" if ya know what i mean... Im sure he's thinking... "holy crap! I scored!" I told him that i really wasnt upset w/ him..but i did it because i wanted him to know I care about his needs too (since he has been really tryin to get home for me when i have this stuff, tennis etc) and yet I was ok w/ just going to sleep ... as i was very tired. He must have told me how bad he felt like 5 times today... too funny..and i wasnt even trying to make him feel that way.. huh..
You look like you are doing terrific... How r the fish caps goin? do you have any problems taking them... or the taste? Just curious..thinking of picking some up.
 
LOL. well lets just say the problem is the other way around here. dont know if its the lifting weights, the better eating or thet i just feel better about myself but i could go every day lol now my h cant keep up with me. i think its bc he's starting to fell bad about the way his body is and that hes getting older and a little out of shape(plus he smokes which drives me nuts and ive asked him to quit like 100 x's)Tell him im still atracted to him and stuff but still...drives me nuts.... its why he started talking about that stuff last night instead of telling me whats really bothering him...men what can you do lol :confused:

And the fish caps are great i think they make your skin look better too,well its what i read so hey a bonus :)

I usually am that way L..but man.. I just did too much i think during the week of my evil period..which by the way i havent started yet! IM gettin a little concerned..im about 4 days late..but i have had a tubal..and they said they burnt those puppies...so there better be no mistakes..or my OB is gonna die!
I am crampy and my back aches..so its just comin on a slow boat..of course..its gonna wait for this weekend..I hate that!
Im hitting the hay early tonight...I think the days i do tennis for 2 hrs..maybe i wont walk 3 miles also.. yikes..either that or make sure i eat enough. Huh! i never thought that would be a problem!
 
Isnt that always the way, always starts when you dont want it to. tubal ouch! but you probably got it done at the same time you had you c section(my h went for the big "V" lol) so i doubt you have anything to worry about. i like the fish caps they havent given any unwanted effects,so im gonna keep taking them :) congrats on the whole tennis thing im really impressed :)

energetic today had a great nights sleep and im feeling great :) plus no politics/finance talk last night yeay, so im back on track. i was looking in the mirror last night before my shower (lol my h thinks im looking a little too much) and i noticed that im getting a little back definition (nothing major but i see a diffrence) so woohoo!! and on my legs, past my knee it sorta dips in then goes out (to my big gigantic muscles!!! lol :p ok so not so big but still a diffrence)i think its bc i lost some bf and i can see stuff a little better or its just that ive been working my butt off and i have some muscles now lol. anywho im quite happy about it :D :D
OMG what a morning! i totally forgot i had to go renew my healthcard pic and info. did my work out then i noticed that i had an apointment for 11:30 this morning(i noticed this at 10:45)no time for a shower, i had to scrub my face throw on some bronzer a little gloss pulled my hair into a ponytail and rush over there/still in my work out gear lol....let me just say i made it barely and the pic not to flattering i tell ya. they need better lights. they have this horendous white back ground,well it makes you look washed out. now im stuck w/ that pic for the next five yrs lol(oh and the camera points down at you so it makes you look like you barely have a neck)oh and msn wont let me sing in bc there to busy how dumb is that :(

Today's my B-day (ugh 27) thats like almost 30,i remember being a kid and thinking about the yr 2000 and how old i would be :rolleyes: lol i remember thinking that 22 was gonna be so old lol oh well, more reasons to bust my butt getting healthy and fit. my mom got me a shirt that says "so close to being perfect its scary" lol love my mom! now thats my new workout shirt. not going to wear it in public, ppl might think im too into my self but still a good motivator for when i workout :D my H says i get motor cycle parts for my bday lol (only if he wants me to throw them at him lol)thats his thing now hes gonna build a chopper lol wants me to learn and ride one, so he can build one for me lol i dont think so! i like to ride but dont want to drive one :)

:D :D yeay!! i went out to buy myself some jeans for my birthday bc you can never have to many jeans....anyways i get there and the lady helps me pick some out, she said that i should try this pair of 29's on...well i thought noway am i gonna fit in that, well she said to try them on anyways just to see bc they're a style w/ a nice cut to them and they might fit....well i did and they fit!!! dont have to lie down w/ a hanger to zip them up either!!! lol:D :D :D(ok so they're stretch denim but still) my first ever pair of 29's!!!never in a million years would i have thought i could fit in a size 29 lol so happy right now :)

hey thanks i love the jeans they make me feel good(and they look good too) feels nice to be in a smaller size...i remember when the jeans i had were like size 44 seems like such a long time ago, when i fit in a pair of 38 again i was over the moon and everytime i go down a size im just so happy means busting my ass doing this is actually getting me some where :) hey might even get to a 28 someday soon ;)
so cute today i was workingout and my daughter grabbed some wts and was doing what i was lol a 2yrold doing a deadlift with a broom is very cute lol :D
