B: Plain cheerios with non-fat milk, melons

L: Big arugula salad with tempeh, walnuts, tomatoes, dried cherries and some olive oil

S: baby carrots

D: Spaghetti with tuna and parmesan cheese, orange and some carrots and celery


Workout- 32 mins on treadmill- about 350 cals.


Got at least 2liters of water in my system today. Wooohoo!!!

Hi Sunny (may i call you that?). I have made falafels from scratch, but was lazy this time around. Trader Joe's has AMAZING frozen falafels. Just pop them in the microwave and you are done. I am going to break some and put it in my salad for lunch tomorrow.

Hiya....so good to see you here. I did get some running done. I want to have some really good exercise days now. Work is kinda crazy and although I have tried really hard, I can't get up early enough in the morning to get running. So today I ran for about 32 mins at 10pm. Am I crazy or what? I have a longish run tomorrow, so may start out earlier than 10pm,

I haven't been near the scale for about two weeks. I have no idea and I am kinda scared. I was supposed to go on it today in the morning but it slipped my mind. I am happy not knowing how much I weigh.


Oh, I also bought some really nice clothes. Was kinda sick of waiting around for the weight to melt, so I decided I may as well get good stuff now, enjoy them, work really hard on working out, and if the weight is gone, I will have a reason to celebrate and go and buy new clothes.


Aight, if i don't go to bed now, i will not be able to wake up in time for work. Goodnight, ya'll.
 
Things are good. Been crazy been with work so working out has been a little slow. But eating good. Dropped another pound, so I am now at 146lbs. Slowly but surely.
 
144 today. wooohooo.


running a 5k in May. excited.


my thigh is giving me problems while running, maybe because i am not stretching properly.


weekend was all kinds of fun, i stayed on track with food. i am beginning to not like sugary stuff so much.


i wish i had more time to update, but work has been crazy. have a great week (whoever is reading- is anyone reading?).
