Been away for a few days so couldn't keep log. Back now.

B'fast- A bowl of outmeal with some pineapples, dried fruits and grapes

Lunch: Tuna salad sandwich, a small bag of chips

Dinner: Lamb, small piece of salmon, rice

B: Banana and tea

L: Mixed greens salad with pecan, walnuts and Tofu

S: Pistachios and walnuts

D: 2 bowls of cooked Quinoa salad mixed with artichoke hearts, mushrooms

B: Banana

L: Black bean soup

S: Truffles

D: 1/2 veggie wrap, fruit bowl, two glasses of red wine, handful of chips with guacamole.


Weigh-in: 147lbs

B: Fruits

L: Lamb curry with Quinoa

S: Walnuts and truffle

D: Chicpea soup with asparagus and a piece of toast plus a glass of wine.
 
Hi Juni!.. I don't have a blog..I should open one perhaps. So remember the 21 day challenge I told you about?.. It ended this Wed... I had lost a total of 9 lbs!!.. Today I have started another 21 day challenge and when I weighed in this morning I discovered I have lost a total of 10 lbs in just under a month!!! Im really happy!.. I still have another 30-40 lbs to go but Im taking it 10lbs at a time!.. I find this is much more motivating when I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. My weight a month ago was 160 lbs, .. Im at 150 and hope that in one month I will be 145 -140 ! :/ I hope!.. Wish me luck!!.. Im eating My Fit Fodds' 'Fit to Go' snack as we speak which consists of one hard boiled egg, a bit of peanut buetter, 3 big apple slices, and a small vine of grapes!!,.. Cant wait for the summer!!! Godd luck!!

B: Fruit bowl- mangoes, melon, blackberries

L: Big salad with mixed greens, avocados, walnut and olive oil

S: small tart (it was someone's b'day), crackers, dried prunes,

D: 1/2 chicken breast, brown rice with peas, 8 small shrimp with veggies


TOM- had cramps so couldn't work out. Tomorrow is another day.

Your food sounds really yummy, Areli. Great job on the loss so far. Taking it slow is the way to go, I think. In the long-run you are more motivated and committed to living a healthy lifestyle. Coming here and logging everything has been helpful for me. You may want to try it as well and let me know if you do. Would love to read it. Have a great weekend.

Sorry for replying late, am good still going strong with the weight loss :), scale doesnt show a difference but I guess i have trained my mind to making right food choices which will eventually help me in the long run :) I dont have a diary of sorts I dont post much....visit site daily for motivation, mostly before and after pics :).You are doing good girl..........Believe in yourself come what may,stay strong,think good and love yourself.......Surely we gonna win the war :)... Keep it up :)

Weekend was all kind of fun. Here's the damage


Sat 02/11

B: Yogurt, fruits

S: rye bread crackers, cheese- gouda, mozzerella, cheddar

L: brown rice with some lentils

D: Yorkshire pudding (2 small pieces), brussel sprouts, chicken with some gravy

Ran for 40 mins


Sun 02/12

B: Crepe, a small bowl of cantaloupe

L: 1/2 chicken and avocado wrap, steamed edamame

S: big cup of tea with some sugar (was craving it, but couldn't finish)

D: small chicken pattie with flat bread, arugula salad with homemade dressing

No exercise (rest day)

Good to hear from you, Endurance. Keep at it. Soon the scale with have to comply. I post daily because this is how I keep a track of stuff. This and fitday, but it is people like you who keep me accountable. Hope you had a wonderful weekend. Drop by again soon. Good luck!
 
Been kinda crazy lately. Heres my foodlog


02/13/12

B: A multigrain toast with fried egg

S: 1/2 cup of non-fat cottage cheese with a cup of grapes

L: two small bowls of bean soup

D: Lefover bean soup, .3 cup of brown rice, small piece of baked salmon, asparagus and lots of carrots


Ran on the treadmill burned over 600 cals


Happy valentine's day everyone. Foodlog for today later tonight.

B'fast- plain cheerios with some grapes and blueberries

L: Turkey and cheese sandwich, a small bag of low fat, low sodium veggie chips

S: A cup of grapes and a cup of coffee with skimmed milk

D: Spaghetti with parmesan, mushroom, tuna and some olive oil


Busy day, didn't get to work out.


Food log for wednesday tonight. Happy hump day.

B: 1/2 bagle with butter

S: cottage cheese with grapes and blueberries

L: cooked spinach, mushroom, a piece of tempeh and brown rice

S: 1/2 apple, 1/2 orange, tea

D: chicken cooked in olive oil and some lemon, sauteed green beans and .3 cup cooked white rice


My workout schedule is all over the place. Didn't get to go today either. Really grumpy about it. I am going to try to wake up early tomorrow morning and go on the treadmill. So i better go to sleep now. Goodnight folks.
 
Meals look healthy and delicious, hope your schedule improves to let you fit in some workouts soon.


Funny that even though it's only been a little over a month I've been finding that missing a workout increases my grumpiness and the best cure becomes working out....
 
so was good about food the entire week, and slipped on friday night with too much wine and chocolate. i am human and it happens. not going to beat myself over it. clean slate.

B: 1/4 of a homemade waffle, a cup of fruits, yogurt and some maple syrup

L: chicken, rice

S: TJ's wasabe seeweed snack, a small bag of popcorns

D: polenta, arugula salad, guacamole and a glass of wine


Rest day.

B: a small piece of toast with butter and sunnyside up egg

L: 2 small falafels on pita pocket with guacamole

S: coffee with some sugar and plum

D: Salmon with rice and beans


Ran 40 mins.
 
Your food is looking so healthy, Juni! Love falafels--Did you make from scratch? I love them! Keep it up, lovely xx
 
Looks like you're getting some good running time in. Glad you're schedule has been improving and great attitude on the clean slate as occasionally it's good to relax a little.


and :iagree: with sunflower. Your food menu is making me hungry.
