The Tattooed Lady

Another hour of moving. I got out of another load because I had to go to school. Lunch was healthy, but it could have been healthier if I wouldn't have used the sour cream on the potato, but it was light sour cream, so that might have been my saving grace and also had a cesar side salad, but did have the croutons to go on it. Didn't have any cupcakes or juice drinks at school just like I said I wouldn't. My mom and dad is picking up the cake for tomorrow so I have a few minutes to update everybody.
 
Tomorrow is weigh-in day. Hopefully by then the big meal will have settled so to speak. Put a bed together, did some dishes, cleaned off the table, took some trash out, went and got supper tonight. They had fried chicken, baked beans, and broasted potatos. I had a salad w/regular french dressing (no ff or light to pick from) and a turkey wrap (with lettuce and bacon). Again, thought it would be a better choice, well maybe not the bacon on the sandwich.

Relax sheri ^^ With you so conscious about little side track here and there, you will go back on track in no time, like about now I bet :D
And yeah, after having a fill like that stay away from the scale prolly about several days. And if it will make you feel better, read up what I ate today!! (I even almost gobble down the hagendaz ice cream stick) :D

My bit to you is: You been doing so well, you know you can do it, we believe you able to do it, and you will do it. Allow yourself just a bit of space, kinda like a breather for the next set in a workout, and crank up the heat again for the next stretch.

That means I'm down .2...:D Hey it's better than gaining. So all together I'm down 5lbs. The actually number is on my ticker. Thanks for all your support, even though I think something is major, actually it's so little, it's nothing to worry abou, but I so want to do this right this time.

Today is the big party!! Ash turns 6. My god I feel old...:D I get my piece of pizza and cake...:D Woohoo!!

Mom and dad are taking a nap, so she's with me for an hr. Meeting at the bowling alley at 1:30 to get things set up.

Breakfast was usual oatmeal and coffee. Lunch was a salad from Burger King with grilled chicken...mmmmm and honey mustard dressing with a diet pepsi that I'm slowly nursing.
 
All went well. 3 pitcher of pop, 2 pizzas and no cake left!! I had one glass of pop (regular pepsi), one piece of pizza and one piece of cake. Was going to have a 2nd piece, but none left. I lost 2 of the 3 games and won the last one. Sad to lose to two 6 yr olds, but wasn't keeping score...:D
 
Supper was taco bell kids meal and a diet coke. Rented couple movies, Mrs. Harris and Home Prarie Companion. Watched the first one tonight and will watch the other one tomorrow morning, hopefully.

I would love a piece of chocolate right now, but don't have any in the house. Probably is a good thing...:D
 
Thanks Sadie! It's the lowest I've seen too. Today is back to normal so to speak. Have lots of laundry to do since I haven't been home much this weekend. Forgot how quick it piles up..:(
 
I did soooooooo much laundry I quit counting after 3 loads. All I have left is pants and another load of whites. Doing all the laundry I forgot about the dishes, but they'll get done. Won't take that long to do.
 
I went to the store today and bought more fruits, oatmeal, raisins. Tomorrow I'm adding strawberries to breakfast. I was gonna gonna get some plain yogurt for smoothies, but the store didn't have any..:(

Meal 1 - oatmeal, coffee, oj
Meal 2 - chicken, cottage cheese, bread, milk
Meal 3 - turkey sandwich, carrots, banana, tea
Meal 4 - cottage cheese w/fruit, yogurt
Meal 5 - steak, potato, hominy
Meal 6 - string cheese, wheat crackers
 
Thanks woman and thanks for the idea for the ddr. Hopefully I can get back into the routine again. I still have some stuff to move out of the apt, but if I do little each day I can, it'll be all out in no time.
 
Moved 4 box loads and few things by hand and took me hr 1/2. Kitchen is almost moved over. Last 2 or 3 box loads tomorrow. I'm way past my time to eat so signing off for food.
 
Yes and no. My parents found an apt so I'm moving out my apt to furnish their apt. I've already moved out of the apt long time ago, but kept it around for them to stay when they come to visit.
 
Added strawberries to the oatmeal. Only used two because I didn't know how much I should add. I'll stick with two or I'll have to make a cup instead of a 1/2 cup. With the raisins and the strawberries, you almost can't see the oatmeal, but it's oh so good!

Did another 3 loads of laundry. One more to do tomorrow then I'm all caught up. Need to housework at the house, but got some errands to do tomorrow. Was gonna move the rest of the kitchen, but doesn't look like it's gonna get done tomorrow. Maybe Wednesday I can finish.
 
One load of laundry in the washer and possibly 2 more to do. I forgot about the sheets on Kegan's bed. Need to go upstairs and finish Ash's room. Bagged up 7 bags of stuff she doesn't play with anymore. I already missed the trash guys, but Greene kept swearing to me he would take it to the dump but hasn't yet. I got tired of it sitting up there, plus there is more stuff that needs to be bagged up. Think I'll take some to my apt so it's not all piled up here at the house. I'm defintely getting my cardio today...:D Up the stairs, down the stairs, up the stairs, down the stairs. My god, now I remember why I hated 2 story houses.
