Thanks Wendy and Sparrow for the support. It just feels like my comments should come back and bite me in the a@@, but I'm sure I need to hear them now and again.

I bought a bbq wing tray w/celery and ranch dressing for later tonight but Greene got into them early. He was hungry when he came in. Oh well..I bought it to be ate..just earlier than later.

OMG, I so love fitday. It is such the bomb when it comes to telling you how much %'s you are eating during the day and the amount of calories. I figured it up and I should have about 1718 calories/day. So far I'm at 1135, so I think I'm doing pretty good and it's not even supper yet. I'm eating below calories at each meal, so I have some to spare.

Eating every 2 hrs is so weird to me, but I'm doing pretty good. I get hungry about the time I should eat. It's like my body knows what time it is..:D I'm also drinking tea throughout the day..so that helps too.

I'll post what I have eaten before I go to bed and will do a link to my fitday so you can see my percentages and whatnot.
 
Well it's the end of Day 1 and all went well. Didn't snack on any junk food and had 5 meals every 2 hrs. Not eating a 6th meal. Still full from supper.

Meal 1 - oatmeal, milk, coffee w/1 sweetnlow and french vanilla creamer
Meal 2 - chicken sandwich and banana
Meal 3 - Smart One chicken Enchilida suiza w/spanish rice
Meal 4 - chicken breast, cottage cheese, slice bread
Meal 5 - Jambayla rice w/smoked sausage, baked beans
 
Since I've just started back at this again, I went easy on the weights. I decided to do my arms today. I'm such a weakling, so don't laugh out loud. I went light and did only everything one time instead of three like I used to, but ya gotta start somewhere, right..:D I'll work on more weight as I get into the swing of things again.

Arm Press - 20x10
Butterfly Arm - 16x10
Ab Pulley - 27x10
High Pulley - 13x10
 
I passed the first test..fastfood. I went to go get some late Christmas presents from my cousin and his fiancee and on the way back home, I stopped at Wendy's for Ash. I didn't get anything and didn't even taste a fry from her kids meal, but my god they smelled so good...:D I even passed on the frosty.

Things you do when you set your mind to it. Jeez, who knew!!

Great Job! We all have those things that we have trouble saying "no" to. ANother thing you may want to consider is don't go there at all. I rarely take my kids to fast food places anymore. Basically, I have forced them to eat like me.It is better for them and easier that eating something different. At first they complained but now they expect it.
 
That's an idea. I usually don't take her to fastfood places that much anymore. It might be once a week now if she's lucky. She usually eats lunch at home before she goes to school unless for some reason I'm out and doesn't have time to cook before school.
 
It is surprising how quickly they adapt. I have also been finding ways to make healthy food fun. Plus it is alot cheaper to eat at home, but I have to feed four if we go, and my boys ea alot lol. I am glad to see you are trying this again, missed seeing your posts!
 
Feeding 4 would be hard. It's easier to eat at home, even with 1 kid, plus cheaper. It's good to be back. Forgot how much I missed it.
 
My screaming headache has came back again. It feels like smurfs are taking sledgehammers to my head. Don't know if it's sinuses or migraines, but I wanna scream and puke.

I'll post tomorrow my food tomorrow. I just want a dark corner and a bucket.
 
Feeling much better today, but don't want to eat too much right now until I know for sure I'm better.

Yesterday I tried to put couple things in fitdiary and it didn't like them, so still have to use the milk that it already provided. I tried to put in the mashed potatos, but it didn't like it...:confused: Oh well..there is 160 calories in .5 cup but I spaced it and had 1 cup..so have to add 320 calories onto my grand total.



Meal 1 - coffee with creamer and sugar, plain cereal, milk, applesauce
Meal 2 - chicken, slice bread, cottage cheese
Meal 3 - Smart Ones Chicken Parmesan
Meal 4 - Salad with croutons and bacon bits, peanut butter
Meal 5 - Cube steak, crescent roll, mashed potatos

I also started logging what activities I do during the day. Not a whole lot of calories burned, but you get to see what I do besides watch t.v. and post on here.
 
Well my headache is kindof creeping back on me. I've took couple excedrin migrane so hopefully it will go away soon. I really don't want another night like last night. Poor Greene hardly got any sleep because I kept waking him up all night long complaning about my head.
 
Didn't eat very well today, but under the circumstances, I'm surprised I ate at all.

Meal 1 - dry cereal and milk
Meal 2 - smart one fettucini alfredo w/broccoli
Meal 3 - salad w/croutons, bacon bits, dressing and pb
Meal 4 - chili soup and crackers
