The road to loving myself!!!

Hello Everyone!

I had a great time Friday, didn't really drink all that much. Some day the drink go down easy other days not so much! I wll log on later du update more but I wanted to log on my weight in yesterday morning 205.6. Hopefully this time the scale keeps moving downward!!!

Here is my menu today

Breakfast : muffin and coffee (working to get this better)

Lunch:
Mexicain chicken soup ....home made!!! still haven`t eaten it!!! I am so stress about the work thing I can`t seam to eat!

Diner: 1/2 a club sandwich with mayo on the side no bacon, and chef salad dressing on the side instead of fries. Going on a date with the hubs!

I should know today or tommorow if I still have a job past thurday 4pm...I need positive tought please!!!

Well the work situation is still not completely solved I will work for at least 3 more weeks, because they have do the whole hiring job process, they have to post it for 2 weeks then choose the candidates, do the testing and the interviews, that will take a minimum of three weeks. Hopefully they will do it in 2015 so that I can make myself more confident before an interview. If the union wasn`t involved I could just work until either she comes back or quite and if no union whre involved then once she decides not to come back then I would be the obvious choice for the job, but no we pay these union reps and then they screw us over. That is life....or mine right now...I just have to focus on things getting better and moving forward. The lady can be gone for another 18 months then they have to give her job to someone else. Stress level are down. Annyone on here take green coffee?? My friend has lost a lot of weight using it...she says it helped her be less tired so that she could make time to work out, she quit them 3 months ago didn't regain a single pound and she had no side effects like withdrawl or anything,,,,,,I never usually consider those things. I am now considering it!!! Any toughts???? Comment??? Experiences?????

Good day!!!

I know I know it's monday but I am trying to be positive. I still havent made up my mind about the green coffee, doing research before hand I certainly use the extra energy but at what price! This weekend was mostly spent on the couch since I was sick, I am talking fever achy bones, stuffy noce congested chest and sinuses, so I ate badly cause I didn`t want to cook, and the hubs was at work so I bought stuff to make sandwiches and the kids fended to themselves during the day and I bought takeout for diner...on the plus side of things, I ate badly but in small amounts since I didn`t feel hungry I just wanted comfort food! I am feeling better today, could have used an extra day on the couch but I missed work twice last week and I do want my contract renewed!!

I am going to challenge myself a little more this week, 30 min of workout a day, dancing with kids, Zumba, walking outside, weight lifting anything goes as long as it is 30 min a day....feel free to kick my ass if I don't report 30 min work out each day...maybe this way I get the extra energy naturally and I don`t even need to keep talking about the green coffee thing. Also I have to start eating the way I did with weight watchers. I can`t go to the meetings anymore but I did loose 22lb in 3 months back in 2005-2006 and the only reason I gained back was the pregnancies. It worked once, I was younger and I did go to the gym back then, I have a thread miill at home I have to dust it off and I have some dumbells I could recreat the gym at home. I also have access to many good recepies that would fit in with WW I am starting with that again. lots of salad and home made dressing (cut out chemicals and sugar) no more store bought snacks raw veggies nuts, seeds and fruits will be my go to snack, I use to eat 2 raw meals a week That is my plan!!!

It stinks being sick...glad you're feeling better though! I really need to get my butt in gear on the exercise. I was shooting for a half hour every other day..and I haven't even managed that in a couple weeks. lol. :blush5: Mexican chicken sounds good! :)

Thank you for stoping by. I also need to get my behind in gear as well when it comes to exercise. I am realizing more and more that I can eat as clean as possible and still not loose a single pound. Mexican chicken is great and so easy to do top the chicken with Salsa and put it in a covered dish throw it in the overn at 400 degree for about 30 40 min and voila!

Did 15 min of exercise all the time I could manage but still better then no exercise

Dowloaded I track bites apt to my phone so I can count point (bites) like WW

Yesterday I went 5 bytes over but it`s ok I am doing this one day at a time this week

206.2 this morning.....I have to stop daily weigh ins.....but at least this one is acceptable!

I did some running in the stairs...not just for laundry but for a work out I had to stop after 10 min cause my legs where gonna give out!!!

I was able to stay away from the scale!!! I will wait till thursday morning to weigh in unless TOM arrives then I will wait till next thursday!
I very good this weekend. ate veery healthy even at my hubby`s company Christmas party I filled half my plate with salad and 1/4 with lean proteins, leaving very little room for the starchy stuff. I did drink wine but I didn't drink the amount I usually do and I stayed away from shots. Yesterday I didn't eat much...not cause of a hang over but mostly cause I found out that one of my good friends husband didn't wake up after his heart surgery on friday, and it's not likely he will, he is such a nice guy so good for her. Even today I am in shock I mean you hear of people not waking up after surgery but it nenver happens to someone you know....almost an urband legend. I feel sick to my stomach since I heard the news. So eating isn`t easy!

Hey Jen.....So cold out....I think I am gonna make this a new tradition. On weekends I make a big batch of soup, I have a few recipies that are simple to do and healthy! Next week it's gonna be pea soup (vegetarian as in no lard) it will be nice warm filling almost comfort food!!!

I kinda wish I hadn't step on the scale....back up to 208.6 next time TOM comes around I am so skipping the weighin!!!
