Can't stay on here long but I am still on track the weekend was not as perfect as I would of liked it to be ,,,,I will weight in later this week.

I have had a hard time finding time to come on here!!! But since I am chatting with a very slow customer service rep then I will take the time

Menu for the whole week

Breakfast
1/4 pumkin seeds
1/4 of sunflower seeds (both raw)
1/2 cup of yogourt
1/3 of a cup of granola

coffee

lunch
will be one day home made vegan split pea soup
a stir fry zuccini, red peppers, red oigion, mushroom, spinach, feta cheese, walnuts, with italian spices and and some olive oil.

Diner
chef salad with a side of protein (chicken, legumes, or fish)
 
Nomnomnom, and yay for slow customers ;) Don´t worry about perfection as long as you keep going in the right direction!
 
Good day...wow this is such a busy week weighted in this morning at 205.6 so that is better then the other week but I was hoping for more of a drop....but the scale in heading in the right direction ...really so no complaints!
 
Busy weeks and scale-drops in one sentence are cause for celebration, no matter what the number. Great work!

Resisted the scale today I need to do better about drinking water when I am busy...followed my meal plan but tommorow there is a breakfast and lunch meeting so :( cheat day I guess...

Kids christmas recital and laundry today yay!!!!
 
:D Is "recital and laundry" a thing or are you just exited about fresh linen?

Cheat days are wonderful as long as they don´t end in binges. You´ll do well.
 
Hey Lama

I am trying to get exited about the laundry but so far it ain't working for me...the only plus about laundry is the workout I get from going up and down the stairs with basket full of clothes. The kids recital was very cute but ends at 9 pm that is very late for little ones that get up at 5 am, made for a bad morning on Friday

Weekend was ok I under ate on saturday and over did on Sunday 2 more days at work then my contract is over...I kind of need the rest but I did enjoye a regular paycheck!!!

Goal for the next two weeks maintain my weight and not go crazy!!!
