Sorry to hear about your friend. Don't beat yourself up, as we get older we realize stuff we couldnt have fathomed before. Yes everything happens for a reason. Think of this as your time of growth & enlightenment, learn to move with the flow.

Hey Kdel.

I'm ok, I guess. Just been in a funk these past few days, just lazy and I've been doing other things. I haven't exercised in two days. UGH! I usually exercise every day except Sunday. Saturday is my official one month weigh in and measuring day at Curves. I just might move it up to Monday so I can make up for these past few days.

My body just feels really tired, I know its because its that time of the month for me, and I'm extra emotional and fatigued...

Still eating right and drinking water though, I'll snap out of it soon enough and I'll be back on track.

Well, what if you try a nice walk at a pretty park.(don't take music)
Just take a stroll and use that time to think about everything.
Sometimes your mind will wonder to some crazy places. (But just let it)

So I wrote you this big long reply and for some reason it wouldnt posting...so lets try this agian, way shorter verson...

Im sorry to hear abt your funk, Ive been feelign that way as well...as far as teh exercise, certaintly dont beat yourself up over it...you are listening ot your body, one thing I am super bad at and one thing alot of us kinda ignore...unfortunately Im at the point with exercise where I feel even worse if I dont get it in...but if I really dont feel well or like it, I go for a walk even if it is a short 20 or 30 min one, even if it is a super slow with the girls one...LOL...just to get me out in some fresh air and clear my mind...

I think things weigh on our minds even when we dont really realize or notice...

Im thinking here , what else was I gonna say...hhhmmm maybe that was it...I am sorry i have been a bit selfish and self absorbed Im just not quite myself and this has been the longest week of my life!!! LOL...Take care of yourself and I will talk to you soon...oh and you can drop my my diary anytime to vent, chat or whatever...whatever you may need
 
So, I'm out of my funk. My bad mood and crabbiness seemed to go away after I pushed myself to exercise. After I got over myself, I have a tendancy to mope around and feel sorry for myself. It's best I start getting to know myself better, so I can work on these bad habits.

Kdel - I didn't walk anywhere, but I did do some aerobics and I took time to write a little. I love writing, it helps me release things. That definitely helped my mind wonder and get myself back to where I needed to be. Thanks so much hun.

Body Fat % - 48.30



November 11th - 2006

Bust - 46 in.
Waist - 44.5 in
Abdomen - 59 in
Hips - 59.5 in
Thighs - 70 in
Calves - 40 in
Arms - 32 in
Weight - 293.1 lbs
Body Fat % - 47.10



Total Inches - 13.5
Total Pounds - 11.4 lbs
Body Fat Pounds - 9.02 lbs



What I like most is that I lost inches most in my arms and my thighs, the two places where I definitely need it. I also like now that my waist is now smaller than my boobs, instead of about the same size. lol. :)

So I just got back from the dog groomers. I was taking my dog. I wanted badly to see the hot dog groomer guy, but he wasn't there. :( Sooo, lol, I'll take my dog tomorrow or whenever the dog groomer guy is available. He is soo cute, I just wanna see him. lol.

My aunt and uncle are over tonight for dinner. We're having Cornish hens and brown rice.

I went to Curves today and I plan on doing some aerobics tonight. That Richard Simmons really, really makes me work up a sweat, even more so than Curves. At Curves I'm just jogging, and I feel embarrassed to do anything more than that (like dance, or something). So with Richard Simmons my legs are flying everywhere and I feel like I'm using my whole body. It's a really good addition to the Curves workout. I want to lose 3lbs this week, lol. I really want to get out of the 290s now.

So, I didn't get around to doing aerobics last night, so I did them this morning and it has me feeling GREAT. *sigh* I got a lot of cleaning done too, its weird, I enjoyed cleaning mainly because I knew that I was burning a lot of calories. I scrubbed the kitchen floor, my bathroom top and bottom, dusted, vacuumed the whole house and worked up quite a sweat.

So last night my uncle and aunt came over, but we didn't have the cornish hens and rice. Instead they ordered pizza, and I got a subway sandwich. The sandwich was good, but that pizza was smelling oh so yummy. But I resisited. I did go to Pizza Hut online though and I looked up what a slice of pizza is and its about 250 calories, and 18 grams of fat. That's a lot, but its not THAT bad. But I cannot get full off of one slice lol, so I passed.

So tonight they are coming back over with my cousins and everything, it should be fun.

A little bored right now, I'll browse through some diaries. Hope everyone is having a nice and relaxing Sunday.
