Hi everyone ! I finally decided on a goal so I thought I'd officially start my diary and my journey towards it. So the goal is to lose 5 lbs (roughly 2.3 kilos) every month until the end on 2017 to reach my goal weight of 125. This amount of weight to most people might not sound like much to lose monthly but just thinking of trying is giving me a lot of anxiety. Starting tonight I will be going to the gym and I am slowly but surely working on my nutrition. I will put my official weight and measurements in later on today.
If anyone has any advice on workout plans for beginners who have never worked out before or great recipes that could help keep me full I'd really appreciate it.
