Katie, they are part of my workout as listed in theStronglift 5x5 program. He calls them prone bridges, but they are the same deal. Took me a while to get to 50 sec, might be a while longer for 60...ohhhhhhhh!! we call them "hovers" herethey are nasty buggers, i usually last about 20 seconds before shaking uncontrollably and collapsing into a heap on the floor. Ur a brave man for doing them regularly... brave... or maybe crazy?

I know what they are! Used to LOVE them because any time I tried to do them before I had kids it used to trigger 'a little something down below'.
Things just aren't the same since having kids. Either that or the muscles down there aren't as toned as they used to be.
