okay workout for today:
Squats - 5x5x210 (+5)
Overhead press - 5x5x85,
Rack pulls - 2x5x325
Lat pull downs - 3xFx195 (7/6/5) backed off on the weight by 5, was doing to much too soon
Planks 3x75 sec. (+15 sec)
spinning - 11.3 miles steady state
Back on track


That blows me away...
