Okay, that was funny :D TMI, but my wife isn't a fan of men who trim the hedge all the way to the ground if you know what I mean, but a good trim works! She OTOH, likes to keep the play yard clear of any hedges at all...

Rack pulls - 2x5x325

Lat pull downs - 3xFx195 (7/6/5) backed off on the weight by 5, was doing to much too soon

Planks 3x75 sec. (+15 sec)

spinning - 11.3 miles steady state

Back on track
 
I have to agree completely with your wife Cabbie. Quite a number of years ago I used to be blond. We were in a bar one night and some guy was being an ass and wanting to know if I was a natural blond or not. I didn't think it was any of his business and wouldn't tell him yes or no. So he was treatening to rip my pants off because he said you couldn't trust the color of the curtains and needed to check the carpeting to be sure. Hubby just laughed at him and said "It won't do you any good to check - she's got linoleum!"

I NEED a vacation!!! lmao My luck though, I'd be one of those people who gets their weight down, wins the lottery then ends up missing in the ocean scuba diving. Woah guess my bahumbug-ness this year is starting to carry over, lol
 
Good workout today.

seated leg press - 5x5x370 (+10)

BB bench press - 5x5x140 (+5)

Inverted rows - 3xF (10/9/8) will now drop to the next peg down on the bar height. I will be laying true horizontal for this position, so this is a big deal for me

reverse crunches - 3x30

Push ups - 3xF (12/10/8) Meh, I've done better, but the bench took a lot out of me.

Cardio - 12.2 miles spinning.

I finally updated my spring break numbers now that I'm on school break. I should ideally have more time now so hopefully I can catch back up. Working a 3 day week this week also, I'll be all done Wednesday night.

Oh and (drumroll please...) a new number on the scale today... 239lbs... That means I have now officially lost 150 lbs from my highest point!!!!

Wow. I showed my hubby your pics today and he said wow too, that you look great and was very impressed. Not that I was bein weird, I wanted to show him your vacation place, lol. Well and yea I wanted to show him what you accomplished so he'd know he could do it too. I also told him I want to save up for a vacation in a couple years too. Hopefully by then I'll have lost that much :)

150 lbs!!!!!! Amazing, that's what I weigh now!!! Congrats on a fantastic job. Your holiday resort looks wonderful.

Prolly cuz lately everything I've said has come out wrong or been misunderstood at work so I've gotten paranoid, lol. Glad it's not carrying over to here. I just wanted to show my husband what could be accomplished and I'm hoping once I meet some of my goals he'll be encouraged. I have to give the guy some brownie points though because he used to always bring me home junk food or chocolate from the store on his way home when he got cigs and stuff for himself. Well he hasn't since I restarted and I didn't even have to say anything :)

Anyway how's stuff on your end? You all ready for christmas now that you're back from your vacation? That's gotta feel weird to come back from tropical sunny paradise and be "ok, whip out the tree and c'mon santa!" lol
