Aww, the word FAT isn't so bad when used in the process of self-deprecation. Besides... I've found some comfort in being able to admit that I'm gloriously fat! My clients point it out all the time and I've learned to genuinely laugh about it.
Over the past several years I've really learned to embrace myself (and others) for exactly who and what they are. It's very liberating.
Who we are, of course, is quite different than
what. I am not my oversized gut, my chubby cheeks or my man-boobs. I just happen to be the pilot of this hunk of junk. Sure, I'd rather be driving a Ferrari but this will do for now.
