Challenge Time!

Hi Ya, I'm Stacy. :)

Have A Goal Reachin' Day 1!

We are gonna knock out some pounds I tell ya! ;)

I look forward ta chattin' with ya.

:seeya:

I like bigger men as well...Honestly, i go for a great personallity!!!

Cinderelly -I keep my personality in my tummy. Hope I don't lose it!

Thanks to the fellow challenge members dropping by! I need to make my rounds and get to know everyone as well.

I broke my rule of one weigh-in per week so that I could have an accurate starting weight for the challenge, so I guess I'll just make Monday my official day. I woke up feeling more "chubbers" than ever this morning but I weighed in at 311.5, down a bit since Friday. Just goes to show we can't judge ourselves based on feelings alone.

congrats on the further loss! my workout is over for the day, so now i can relax. i was actually a little worried, as i went out to eat like 4 times last week had a brownie and my starbucks, but i knew what i was doing after all and still lost. just goes to show you can enjoy life and still lose! Although i hit the gym like an addict. I wonder how i would do if i maintained a sufficient calorie limit? ehh not going to worry about it, if it isn't broke i won't try to fix it. good luck on the challenge

Hey I wanted to introduce myself.. I'm Amanda.. How are you?? I hope your ready for this challenge!! It's a blast and keeps you trying hard!! Can't wait to get ot know you you!!

My workout tonight was a bit like a great crazy night in college. I got a lot of action, I punched some things, and when it was all said and done I almost puked but didn't. :biggrinjester:

I usually do stead state workouts on my bike I did a half hour of HITT and my legs feel like jello. I followed that up with 10 minutes on the heavy bag. Good times!

:p

Aww, the word FAT isn't so bad when used in the process of self-deprecation. Besides... I've found some comfort in being able to admit that I'm gloriously fat! My clients point it out all the time and I've learned to genuinely laugh about it.

Over the past several years I've really learned to embrace myself (and others) for exactly who and what they are. It's very liberating. Who we are, of course, is quite different than what. I am not my oversized gut, my chubby cheeks or my man-boobs. I just happen to be the pilot of this hunk of junk. Sure, I'd rather be driving a Ferrari but this will do for now. :D

That's my take anyway!

a very healthy mental attitude!!

they do say...(though 'they' do say an awful bloody lot don't 'they'??!) to really move forward in life you first have to fully accept yourself as you are today. i suppose in doing so you are also accepting the past & letting it go...as the past or rather our choices/reactions to it has helped shape (& for many ppl on this forum including myself its done so quite literally LOL) the person that you see in the mirror today...not sure i'm quite in 'that place' yet of fully accepting what i see in the mirror. i'm still caught up in the whole how the fuck did i get fat thing??! & even sometimes...who is that looking at me??!

Alright!!!!! CHALLENGE TIME!!! Wooohooo!! Just wanted to wish you luck!!!! :D! We are gonna have a blast!!!

i've puked before, man is it not fun.... great job on the workout schwa. the fat needs to go! man o man i can't wait for tennis season to get here i am sooo pumped! they weight's days are numberes! motorcycles beware, there's a new rider on the horizon!

Heeeeeeey it's Sophia here, just wanted to drop in and say best of luck for the challenge, and let's all enjoy the ride cos it's gonna be a blast.

.........Especially when we find out how much fat we have exterminated at the end!! Oh yeah.:coolgleamA:

We'll all just cheer each other on and will do fantastically well, you'll see!!

Take care, well done with all your hard work in the gym, fab stuff, keep it up!!

Ahh keep it up, I love the jello-legs feeling, it's the greatest part knowing that you worked yourself hard.

Just dropping in to check up on our No Explode insomniac challenge member. How was your day today ?

Just a note on my clothes situation… I already had to purchase a couple new pairs of pants because my others were getting too baggy. I'm hoping to be able to keep wearing my 4X shirts until I can fit into 2X just to avoid unnecessary spending, and I do have some older 3X shirts in my closet to help me bridge the gap. The 3X fit perfectly at the moment.

I really can't wait to shop for clothing in normal stores. We only have one Big&Tall in the area so they pretty much get to dictate my style by default. Very frustrating. :banghead:

Oh, and I'm still a ways off from being able to zip up my motorcycle jacket.
