Nice Joel. It sounds like me, you're a lot tougher than you reallized. When I started this diet I figured the first sign of stress and I'd go get 3 different varieties of cheesecake and make that a meal. Turns out, work is full of stress and I'm still not even tempted to eat. Isn't it great when you can conquer a destructive habbit?
