well im abit gutted with meself over the past couple of days as i was starting to go back to bad ways :( BUT the good thing is i noticed and am back on track witch is good because before about this time into the healfy eating is when i would normaly go off track but im back on track :D

10 Kilo [22 Pounds] Gone

we i havent been on for a bit due to being busy, but i have been sticking to the healfy eating although i havent done no exercise for a week or so due to my knee playing up :(

but today i have been to see me docter and get weighed for the first time in a month

and since i started at the start of the month i have lost 10 kilo [ 22 pounds ]

witch i am very pleased with, and it has given me a big boost to stay on track
