well on the exercise front im doing 5 seconds exrta on the bike every day , and im up to 19.20 mins today witch i wouldnt of been able to do a few weeks ago
 
it is , i do it as soon as i get up i find that the easiest way for me , plus i read that its best to do it then as it burns fat in your body and not cals jst taken in by food
 
well i carnt find where i read it , but iv just been searcing google and from reading that it says not to exercise on a empty stomach , so i dont no if i should or not now :confused:
