Sugarbear - I'm not completely fasting either, but it's close enough for me. I don't consider a few nuts and a salad here and there a big betrayal to my juice project. Congratulations on your weight loss! I can't wait to lose that much. I've been stuck at 174 for a few days but today I am 173.8. Small difference but Yay!
I've decided to post information now and again about foods that amaze me. Today's tribute goes to
