Here's a quick snap shot of my life. When I was younger I was a fitness junkie as well as being involved in extreme sports, so I used to be in pretty good nick. Then I got married, had kids and along with being a muso, didn't have much time for exercise. So before I knew it, I started packing on the pounds. About 2 years ago I lost most of it, started running again and eating a pretty healthy diet, thinks were looking up. Unfortunately, my marriage fell apart and I turned to my old coping methods of eating take out a couple times a day, before I knew it, I up at 110kg and feeling worse than ever, that's when the first photo was taken.
Anyway, now I'm on my journey to back into the same shape I was when I was in my twenties. The second photo was taken today. It actually surprised me when I compared it to the old one. I'm feeling better, but I still have about 18kg to go. This forum has been a big inspiration to me, not just to lose weight, but turn my whole life around.
